WATCH OUT… This Paul guy should not be in the business !!! We had all of our dealings over the phone and by email. Never actually met this bozo. Every thing goes along reasonably well while there is a commission at stake. After doing my «due diligence», I opted out of the transaction. That’s when the trouble started. Paul completely dropped the ball, made constant excuses, and out right lied to me on several occasions.
Not until I threatened him with bodily harm, did I get my $ 10,000.00 back.
This guy is completely out of touch with reality…

Met Paul at an open house on Sunday. He was a bit aggressive, but not overly so. He offered to do a market analysis on my own, which I thought was nice. That was provided to me that very same evening. There were a couple of mistakes on the email sent along with it (referencing meeting my baby, which I don’t have, referencing the wrong address, etc), but nothing major. I did not immediately reply to the email because it came late at night. Monday was a busy day at work, so again, I did not reply to his email yet. Shortly after I got home from work Monday evening, Paul showed up to my home unannounced, saying he had forgotten to get my phone number. To me, this is unacceptable. We had shown only minor interest so far, and I don’t take kindly to strangers showing up at my home unannounced, especially for something that very easily could have been handled via an email. I understand that you need to «network» to get new clients, and I undertsand eagerness, but to me it is extremely rude, and just plain weird to show up to someone’s house without notice when you met them for 5 minutes the day before. I would not work with him based on this experience alone.

Paul C., the owner, is wonderful. He will spend a lot of time with you and is both honest and knowledgeable. He won’t try to sell you his services, either. He is very personable, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.
