Burger King

Went through the drive-​thru and I must say person taking the order you could tell she was not thrilled about working. No hi, no enthusiasm, no emotions, kind of like a zombie if not worse. I ordered the #1 breakfast meal no chese, with orange juice. She said back «#1 and orange juice» to which I replied «yes and no cheese» then she said $ 4.52. Ok, that about right for the «meal» which is a sandwich, drink & hash browns. I get up to the window, hand this lethargic person a 20 dollar bill. What I got handed back was bills & coins & what I could barely hear because she spoke so low h mumbled was the amount. Do they not teach people to count money back & to speak up so the customer can hear you? Right in front of her I counted the money to make sure it was correct. She next handed me the orange juice, shortly after that I got a bag shoved out the drive-​thru window at me and the was it! No thank you, come again, etc. What the heck is wrong with these individuals and the restaurants that hire them? No customer service whatsoever!
As I drove way I stuck my hand in the back to grab one of the hash browns. To my surprise there was none. I looked at the receipt in the bag and what this individual did was charge me for an individual breakfast sandwich & individual orange juice, when I clearly said I wanted a #1 meal & she repeated it back! Total fail!
It reminded me of my visit 2 days before at the drive-​thru where it took 5 minutes once I got up to the window, which was immediately after I placed my order, before anyone came to the drive-​thru window to take my money where the person just assumed I was Mexican (which I’m not) and greeted be with «bueno» and then proceeded to say a few order words in Spanish. You should never assume a person nationality or whether or not they soak English. After she took my money it was another 2 minutes or so before I got my food. So that 7+ minutes and I got a nice barely luke warm breakfast. Another major fail!
If you go here don’t expect fast, courteous service, hot food, your exact order, or to be greeted with a simple hello or hi in English.

Worst burgers I have ever had and their fries have a lot of potatoes they are so thick so don’t recommend butger king!

I walked in hungry, walked out full. As far as I’m concerned, mission accomplished. Classic American dining, burger, fries, and a coke. The food was what I would expect from a Burger King, it came out fast, order was correct, fries were good as they usually are at Burger King, done deal. The men’s restroom was a bit busted, but I didn’t see any bums either, so no complaints really.

This Burger King got my veggie burger right. We like them to add pickles and cheese to both of our orders, but this sometimes confuses them. Fries were hot and crisp. Order came out fast!

The night manager makes you pull forward even if there’s no. one behind you, in order to keep the average drive thru time down. And they take forever to give you your food. Spent over 10 minutes waiting for two meals.

Horrible Horrible HORRIBLE. I must say I dont expect much from a fast food place but holy hell this place sucks. I not only have one bad experience but MANY. All I ask is dont mess up my order when I go through the drive-​thru.
Almost every other time I come to this BK they mess up the order.
Varies from: wrong order, missing items, wrong change, inattentive to the customer (you dont scream/​talk BS and curse at your co-​worker in the back while a customer is right in front of you!) It goes on to burnt food, forgot to give me the drink twice, had to pull in, get out of the car and go inside to say, hey I wanted onion rings no fries. Even the manager didnt offer anything after explaining all they’ve messed up.
I would rather drive an extra 8 min to go down to Washington blvd if Im feeling for some BK.
