Nelson Weed and Pest Control

I’ve been a customer for several years. They come and spray my property of 1 plus acres once a year for weed control. I’ve always been impressed by their friendliness, excellent customer service and outstanding quality. I’ve always known that they guarantee their work but have never had to call them on it. But with this years recent experience I feel compelled to give them a shout out.
We’ve had a good El Nino year and the rain fall has been at par, so have the WEEDS. I called them and they booked an appointment within a few days. Per normal they showed up on time, performed the work to their usual excellent standards. But here’s where they go over the top. The weather has been cold, which usually stunts the kill rate of the weeds. That said it had been less than two weeks. The weeds were dying but maybe not as rapidly as normal. I wasn’t particularly concerned. But then I received a call from Nelson, saying their technician was in our neighborhood that noticed that our weeds were not dying out as quickly as they expected. She indicated that if they aren’t dead within another week to call them and they will come back out to respray. Now that’s excellent customer service!

Excellent service, excellent customer service. Family owned, very comfortable with staff being in my home even when home alone. First company I’ve found since I moved 10 years ago that has given consistent service and I saved 30% on my service! I have seen nothing in my yard since they took over — we can enjoy our patio again. Office staff is very pleasant and accommodating when I’ve had to make a schedule change. They don’t up-​charge you every time you blink. Excellent choice for all, most especially single women or elderly — VERY honorable and trustworthy. Consistent staffing.
