Chuck is definately not a reputable business owner. His true colors come out when things don’t go his way. I really don’t want to bash the guy or go into any details. But I highly suggest pay the extra $ 10 or $ 50 a month instead of dealing with this guy. I“m all for supporting the lil guys but dealing with customer service like this is worth paying a litlle bit more. Left msgs don’t get replied to for 3 – 5 business days later.
