When calling to reserve a room, the staff was curious and accommodating. They loved the fact that we had our puppies with us and even provided treats when we arrived. The rooms were huge and beds very comfortable. They had snores out by the fire on Wednesday night and free drinks which was very nice. They went above and beyond for our pups and us!

Friendly staff, pet friendly, great location! The complimentary breakfast had more food than we thought. It was a great variety with eggs, sausage, fresh fruit and you can make your own Belgian waffle. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable! We will come back!

Large rooms with decent size kitchen, great for long term stays. Great social hours with beer and appetizers in the evenings. Staff is friendly and rooms are very clean, easy to get in and out with a few restaurant choices within walking distance.

Been here the last two weeks. Staff is very friendly; hotel is very clean; hot breakfast has grits(FTW) and everything is made pretty well. The staff keeps it stocked and fresh. Also, three nights a week, the hotel offers some sort of Happy Hour with food from local restaurants. Rooms are cleaned very well; rooms smell nice. The pillows were way too soft for me, so I slept on top of three to four to get the firmness I needed. So, if you need firm pillows, you may want to bring your own. I never checked to see if I could get some from the frontdesk. The kitchen is also very nice and adequate and includes several kinds of pots, storage containers, knives, cutting board, and cooking utensils. No dishwashing liquid, but there is a dishwasher and the powder for that. The wi-fi is decent. I was still able to watch hulu and stream videos on the free connection. I had to connect my Amazon fire stick to the one that isn’t free. Luckily my companion was a gold member, so we didn’t have to pay. Location is not within walking distance of any entertainment or stores other than the Circle K, but about 6 restaurants are within walking distance including a brazilian steakhouse, a chain steakhouse, Waffle House, Wendy’s, Carraba’s, What a Burger, and a very popular Irish pub, Maguire’s. The computer downstairs is actually really nice. A nice touch screen HP with a camera, but the printer accompanying the PC kinda sucks. Very low print quality, so don’t try to print any important business documents here. Their grayscale doesn’t recognize any light colors, so I had to pencil in missing headers. Also the PC only contains word pad and some kind of adobe reader software, so make sure your files are in adobe format if you want them to be printed correctly. I almost wanted to donate a copy of MS Office. The owner of this location really needs to spend the few bucks to add MS Office. I would definitely stay here again.

As far as RI’s go this one is fine. It’s a little older than some of the more modern /brand new ones… You can kind of tell in the rooms… Carpet is older, some of the furniture older… But the location is great, easy to get to everything downtown. And everyone that works here was SUPER friendly too. And I was very pleasantly surprised with the complimentary breakfast. They used REAL eggs. And REAL bacon. And REAL sausage. Not the typical cold breakfast and stale muffins, it was pretty good stuff. **FREE happy hour also**

Great location, Clean hotel, rooms look fairly new and front desk nice. The hotel fronts Chase St. which has an outback, strip club and another restaurant across the street. Shell gas station on the corner. This must be the main drag and hang out in Pensacola for rice burner cars and bikes because the noise from the street and gas station kept me up til the wee hrs. I said something to he front desk on checkout and they said they were aware of the problem. Well i wish they had told me when i checked in and/or offered me a room in the back. Too bad, because I would stay here again otherwise. If you stay here make sure you get a room on the back of the hotel.

Bedroom: Every unit has a kitchen, small living room and bedroom. Mine was studio style with a private bedroom and bathroom with king sized bed. The unit was small but perfect for one person staying for a couple days. I can’t think of much to complain about and I felt right at home. There aren’t balconies but the windows open to let in fresh air. If you get an end room, you can park next to the exit for private entrance. Pool: Small but clean and good amount of lounge area. Since the hotel isn’t very big, it was okay for me that it wasn’t a huge pool. If you need towels you’ll need to check with the front desk. Gym: Another small area but they was no one inside. There were two treadmills, one elliptical and bike. They also had weight machines, water jug and towels. Machines were up to date and they had tv attachments. Misc: Each morning is a continental breakfast buffet, nothing fancy. Various days they have a casual dinner party. When I went it was Asian food and it was pretty good for free. They also offer to take care of grocery orders. Staff: Friendly! Housekeeping was clean. Return? Yup. It was nice and simple.

Each time we visit Pensacola we stay at the Residence Inn. During our last stay(during Thanksgiving weekend) we celebrated my daughter’s birthday. The General Manager and staff went beyond the call of duty by making her birthday extra special. They ordered cupcakes from«O Snap Cupcakes» and had them delivered to the room. Truly some of the best cupcakes we have ever eaten, The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Would like to recognize Tonya who is very hospitable and makes sure your experience is the best. The rooms are clean and comfortable. If you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel with warm/friendly staff —- do not look any further — you’ve found the right hotel. Within walking distance of Outback Steak House and the world famous McGuire’s Irish Pub. Close to downtown Pensacola and convenient to Pensacola Beach.

Absolutely wonderful experience. I was a long term customer and stayed 45 days here. The hotel staff was all friendly and accommodating, whether day or night and no matter what I asked they always graciously helped me out. They even put the breakfast food out early so that all the military folks can eat before they start their day. Pros: +less than 1 mile to downtown +several restaurants within 2 blocks +outdoor pool +bbq grill +free breakfast +free happy hour dinner(nachos, burgers, baked potatoes, etc…) +nice rooms +full kitchen in rooms(w/dishes, large fridge, stove, range, microwave, dishwasher)

Great part of cola. I like it better than the courtyard and for the price yo get free breakfast and dinner.
