I just have to give this place 5 stars because it’s so much fun and easy to spend a whole afternoon entertaining yourself for very little cash. At least that’s the conclusion we have come to. Some Greyhound tracks charge admission. Entrance and parking is free. Tables are set up for good viewing and even they are free. The food is not overly expensive and we had a great time placing small bets and snacking on some of the appetizers. We would definitely go back!

I come once or twice during my annual vacation to play in the poker tournaments. They are well run and the dealers are friendly and helpful to new players. The players are welcoming to new comers as well. It definitely has a home town feel to it, like going to a giant neighborhood game. Good bunch of people.

I used to go to this place with my parents when I was a kid. Now they have poker! About 15 tables with the biggest game being 1 – 2NL and a tournament was going on 1st place got $ 450. Fun place friendly atmosphere. I was there on a Tueaday afternoon and there were games going. You are not going to get rich there, but might make a couple of bucks. Weekend games are probably very good.

The poker room at the Pensacola Greyhound Track was even nicer than I had hoped! We’re talking ALL brand new poker tables, a great staff, supervisors everywhere, polite dealers, and best of all — smoke free! I had a fantastic experience playing last night. I prefer $ 1-$ 2NL, and I got a seat right away. They seemed to be running about 18 tables, so there were lots of players! What a blast.
