Had the worst experience today.
They broke my glasses adjusting it. That in itself is bad enough but not only did I not get an apology I also got a manager with an attitude.
I did get new glasses to replace the broken one along with a rude and unfeeling speech.
I don’t care that you replaced my glasses for free. They were my favorite pair and an extension of myself. All I wanted was a sincere apology for the mistake made.
Thank you Dr. for the many years of service but unfortunately I will not be back to see you because of the upety and uncaring staff in your building.

Very affordable and very nice doctor and staff. Doctor took his time with me and explained everything. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing! Great selection and when I visited it was buy one get one, so I got a free pair of 400 $ prescription sunglasses. Amazing.
After three months I scratched my glasses, and they replaced both of my lenses for free. SO AMAZING!!! These guys are #1.

I came in to Opti-​Club looking to get some new frames for my glasses, since mine are about 8~10 years old. Because my insurance company would not pay for any of my frames, I looked around town for some good options to purchase frames. When I saw their coupons in the monthly coupon book I get in the mail, I decided to give them a try. I was greeted by a sales lady (Stephanie) the minute I entered the store; I was super impressed that she gave me a lot of «breathing room» and was not constantly pestering me, while also trying to help me as much as she could. I was also really impressed how she didn’t lose her patience waiting for me to make a decision on what frames I wanted — I think I took a good 30~40 minutes trying on dozens of frames (I am sure she took a breath of relief when I was finally done, though). When it came time to pay the bill, the total came to about $ 350 dollars for two frames with the lenses. This price was after they took off 50% of the price, which was originally about $ 680. Although their prices were not necessarily cheaper than their competitors down the road, I felt like the service made up for the price. The wait time for processing your glasses is pretty impressive — if they are not busy, they can get your glasses ready in one hour or less. In comparison, it took Eyeglass World TWO entire weeks. Overall, I think this is the best experience with getting eyeglasses in Pensacola.

Robbin and Liz were very helpful in the process of finding my mother new frames that not only fits her lens but
her style and face as well. I would totally come back here my self because they showed professionalism and gave awesome customer service as well
