You will get better customer service from your local McDonald’s. The general manager is very poorly trained ! The quality of the furniture isn’t very good, but ultimately the company’s attitude towards my complaint is what lost them a 5,700 $ dollar sale. All of the furniture is to be returned in the three day window. Buyers beware of their «Guardsman Protection», it is a third party contract in which has no direct affiliation with Haverty’s. Only meaning that if the third party refuses to fix the problem, Havertys representatives blames them first. Our couch ripped while moving on the second day of purchase. It is literally one section that potentially has to be replaced /​repaired. Instead of doing this, they would rather lose the sale entirely. I wouldn’t recommend this store ! Go to Hanks ! It lasted TWO DAYS. If you don’t have a lawyer in office, they will treat you with disrespect !

Haverty’s is one of my preferred stores to go to when it comes to furniture shopping. Usually, I try to stick with the chain furniture stores because I prefer the style of the furniture. For some reason, the local stores don’t seem to have a really good selection. I ended up purchasing an «executive desk» to fill up my study room space at home. After they delivered the real thing, I was pretty impressed with the quality of the desk. But, for $ 1000+, you would expect good quality, right?! Oh, and the salesman was pretty friendly too.
