Pretty disappointed in this location. I’ve had my prescriptions with The Walgreens for years when I switched to this location pickup everything went wrong. They are horrible with monthly autofill every month there was an issue to the point I did 3 months at a time so i would only have to deal with them every 3 months.
Also they never let anyone know they were closing, they didn’t notify customers where the new location would be, nothing.

Needed a physical for my new job. You go in and there’s a computer where you check in. I get there, check in, and sit down. After about 30 min I ask the guy ahead of me has he seen anyone, he says no. I ask how long he’s been waiting and it’s been 45 already. We knock on the door and the doc comes out and just stares at us… we then had to say «just checking to see if someone’s here».
So we wait another 15 min then the guy before me goes in. I finally go in another 15 min later. The doc is by herself and no one is at the front desk. They need to change this. Two people are needed to keep the desk from looking deserted.
I did get my physical. A whooping $ 75 for me to tell her everything about me and her to click on the computer.
She was nice and sent me on my merry way :-\

I have not had bad customer service at this Walgreens location. Everytime i’ve gone, everyone has a smile on their face and they are all courteous. I have even used this particular pharmacy for their clinic, and they are great.

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy. Not enough staff, takes forever to get Rx.
I have had the same insurance for more than a year, and have been filling prescriptions at this pharmacy for about as long, but when doctor called in Rx they still had my old insurer in their system.
I finally got that straightened out and was told on the phone there was no charge, then I get to the window and am told there’s a co-​pay. I got home and Rx wasn’t completely filled — missing a pill. Person at window never advised me. One big mess. If there was a no stars I would give them that.

Waited over 10 minutes for help at photo booth. Employee Henry was called three times and never came. Horrible, horrible customer service. I was never helped and will not be going back
