One the Walgreens locations that has yet to be updated and generally has some pretty rude staff that has better things to do than be there. It’s a Walgreens that has a liquor store attached, so I guess that part is cool, but for the most part, it’s just another crappy Walgreens store.

The service at my local walgreens is horrible. Not one manager is friendly there or knowledgeable of their policy. They had an issue with their register rewards program and i was told to call the company’s customer service. You would think that a store that has been open this long would have intelligent staff. I actually prefer to drive to another walgreens location, to avoid this one completely.

Pharmacist have many tasks throughout the course of there day. In my opinion there number one priority is to get your prescription and medication correct. Your health and well-being literally can hang in their hands if they make it incorrectly or give you the wrong one. The first thing that should’ve warned me was the unusual longline on the drive-through, I mean I can understand a couple of cars waiting because there’s only one person in the drive-through that’s understandable but when the line reaches almost out the block? I thought to myself well maybe there’s just a lot of sick people… So we go in and give the pharmacist prescription and clearly advise her, I only need two out of the three prescriptions. No problem she said, we leave grab some dinner come back in one hour, meanwhile the drive-through still looks like the Palmetto SR826 at 5:30pm. So we arrived to the window we advise the pharmacist we received a phone call letting us know our medicine was ready we pay our cost we are handed our medication and we drive off it’s a good thing we decided to check because we had totally received the wrong medication. wrong doses, wrong pills and we told her not to make the third prescription which she did either way. So I have to drive back we tell the pharmacist we got the wrong prescription the first thing out of her mouth is we are wrong… Really?!? Needless to say we waited another 10 minutes to get the right prescription and went our way. Happy it turned out well I guess.

My wife called in my refilled at 9 am. on her way to work, when she stop by at 6 pm. to pick the refilled up they told her it would not be ready for another hour. We could not believe that it would take 10 hours to put 30 small pills in a small container. This is the worst Walgreens service I have ever had at any of their locations.
