Definitely would NOT recommend this place. Went to their Pines Blvd. location one day with a group of friends. The place was dead empty, which most of the times is a red flag. The staff was uninterested in taking our order, and too busy goofing off in the back to realize we were even there. There were tables that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned off in hours, and the pizza? Flavorless. Cold. Oily. Definitely NOT what pizza should consist of at all. That was the first, and last time I went to that restaurant. Never again.

AMAZING pizza! Best I’ve had in YEARS! The place is in a dark shopping center so you’ll have to look for it but take my advice… Go inside and order the garlic rolls and pizza! The kids chicken finger meal was also fantastic! Do it! Do it now!

I’m a Chapel trail resident and love the pizza from this pizzeria. My first bad experience was ordered a lasagna to eat in, as I tried cutting it felt a little too hard till I touched it and found out it was frozen in the center. My delivery experienced has always been a little upsetting cause they tend to forget to bring with them the sodas or desserts and takes them a second trip all the times so(hint) make sure you give them a second call always before they deliver to remind them of the extra ordered. Well today is where I draw the line with this place, I ordered fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp plus a large cheese pizza. The delivery was exceptionally fast, some of the fettuccine Alfredo had spilled outside the container inside the bag, the sauce was soo watery it looked like milk and the shrimp were way too hard and almost wanna say old, to my surprise upon opening the pizza box all of the cheese had been pushed to one side of the pizza and felt really cold. I hate to complain or be one who returns things but this time I couldn’t help to call them furiously and request a manager to have at least the money of the pasta back, the pasta was disgusting to the point I wouldn’t give it to my dog and it didn’t deserve to be paid. I was told I would be reimbursed back my money to my account so we’ll just have to see but there’s definately something wrong with this place and if not fixed they will loose more customers, I will have to go back to santinos again. Hope they fix their issues cause I really like their pizza. Harold from West pines.

Love the pizza here. Sometimes, the portions are inconsistent when ordering desserts, but they are delicious at any size. However, this location appears to have a high turnover rate in personnel. Most of the time, delivery service is good, sometimes it’s not so good. It’s probably the nature of the industry, assuming most of their employees are young and are paid minimum wage. I’ve been buying food here for over 2 years now and prefer to place my order for pick-up to avoid delays. It’s very clean inside.

Good pizza, the delivery time is around 45 minutes most of the time. The staff are friendly.

Only reason why I gave them two stars was because we received a complimentary order of garlic rolls that were good, but the pizza was mediocre. The crust tasted weird. As if it was premade, stale. I’ve been to the other restaurant on University and it’s always been good. We went on a Sunday morning and it was empty. That should have been our clue to go elsewhere considering there’s a church that finished service upstairs and no one was going in. FOH was left unattended while we ate and we could have easily just walked out without paying. Had to call out at the register for someone to come from the back to give us the check.

If there were a ZERO stars I would put that. We just tried to order for delivery. We are 2.1 miles away and were told we ARETOOFAR. The previous pizzeria, Bacci’s, always delivered to us and enjoyed our orders of at least $ 80 per order. On top of it, the person who answered the phone(male) was exceptionally rude. Guess they don’t need the business!

If I could give negative stars I would. First they tell you it will be a 45 minute delivery, then an hour and a half later you call and check on your order and they just say it’s on the way. When I ask who I’m speaking with he tells me «I’m not giving you my name» after asking again he says his name is Jerry. When I ask Jerry who his manager is he says he is the manager! I ask can you please call the driver his response is he’s on his way. Going on 2 hrs and no food… Last time ordering from these yahoos.

My wife and wanted to get a slice of pizza and we heard of Delvecchios so we headed that way. What a surprise to be welcome there as if we were guests. Jason the manager and Cassandra the waitress there to greet us. The pictures of Yankee Stadium and Madison Square Garden made me feel I was in NY. I asked if they have zeppoles. Jason stated that they are no longer on the menu. We sat down to order and cassie took care of us. Instead of pizza I ordered the sausage and peppers my wife the bake ziti cassie served us our drinks and the food after nice and hot cassie made sure our glasses were full I love that. After we finish the meal it was delicious by the way Jason came to our table with a basket of zeppoles Wow this guy should be in charge of training all employees he must of trained cassie too because that was going the extra mile for a customer I will always remember that and from now on I will always get my pizza from Delvecchios. I saw on the menu they have veal marsala. I can’t wait to go:-) exthere again to try it this week

Normally enjoy the chain, but have been taken for a ride twice and will never reorder. Twice we have ordered food and they call an hour later to say they don’t have the pasta we ordered. They substitute the food for another(ie shells for ziti or lasagna), tell us they will refund the money, and then never do. When you call back, it’s always a new manager. Corporate doesn’t call back. I don’t need to play Russian Roulette with my food orders. When I’m home and pay extra to have food delivered out of convenience, it should come right.
