Why do I feel like I’m interrupting their business when I’m trying to order? If I am customer you would think they would value my service rather than make me feel as if interrupting their day, your job is to take orders for pizza so how can you have attitude while there? Its very say to say that I dealt with the manager, How can you be a manager with 0 customer service? I will never order from Dominoes again.

Can’t I do — stars? They sent me 2 wrong pizza(after saying they didn’t have thin crust pizza) and those 2 wrong pizzas I’ve received thi crust. Called to get the correctly order and was putting in hold for Jairo(manager with poor customer service skills), Sam(really mean in the phone, wondering if he can be mean if I go there in person), and then Jairo told me he apologize for the situation and he will make the pizzas right at this time. Seriously? After 1 hour I will have to wait for another 35 minutes? Will never ever again order pizza at this location. As you can see, they do have a very bad reviews. Feel bad for the company of having people like them working the way they work. Just got the pizzas again, and guess what? Wrong AGAIN. And Jairo took the order and said he’s going to help me… really really bad. He asked the delivery guy if I wanted them to send another pizza? Really? After 2 times you still wanted to try to get it right? No thanks The delivery guy was nice.

I always order online through the Dominos Pizza app and they usually have pretty good promotions or coupons listed based on your location and address. This was our late night craving last night, we used the pick any 2 or more medium 2 topping pizzas for just $ 5.99 each coupon. The first pizza we ordered a simple garlic white sauce, cheese, pepperoni and bacon, hand tossed crust, which came out good but super buttery and salty which was a slight turn off. The second pizza was a Hawaiian pineapple, bacon, ham, with onions and green bell peppers deep dish style crust and it was almost uncooked and doughy in the middle, I had to toss it in the oven to finish the pizza at home. Over all I don’t have very high expectations from dominos but this was a disappointing experience.

Aye aye aye, I told them not to order from here, didnt I? But did anybody listen to me? Nnnnooooo. Now here we are over 2 hours later, with a 4-item order and one of the items not showing up. As a driver, when you exit the vehicle and look at 4 items on the receipt, how do you manage to reach the door without all of them, get tipped, told you forgot something and then just never come back? We called 3 times, it’s still not here. The manager claimed he told him to come to our house first on his next run and he didn’t. Who knows what the truth is, what driver doesn’t listen to their boss and intends to keep their job? On the 3rd call, he offered a credit for the sauce, but hello? We have a whole order of plain, now hard, cold breadsticks with nothing to dip them in. Where is the credit for that? Someone just left to go take the bread back to the store since an hour and a half after delivery, obviously the driver isn’t coming back and the manager could care less. He wound up giving us a refund on the whole order which was gracious so I added a star, but seriously I’d just rather have my correct order the first time. This is why I love Pizza but abhor pizza chains(except the Little Caesar deep dish hot and ready, fresh with the breadstick cheese sprinkled on top. If you didn’t know you better ask somebody). I digress, cheap chain prices usually come with poor customer service, mass marketed pizza, and it’s just so not worth my weekend carb fix. Just pay twice as much for a better, higher quality ingredients from the 2 family owned spots right down the street in either direction. DELVECCHIOS is #1 for fresh, NY style, or try Doughboys.

Ordered on line, 2 hours for delivery of a cold pizza. The store is 5 minutes from my house. The Dominos tracker said delivered 45 minutes before it arrived. I tried to call numerous times but their phone recording said number not in service. I would give no stars because they earned none, but I can’t get the Unilocal app to do that.

I used to love Papa Johns, but I think they changed the way they make the pizza. NOW I again love Domino’s. I had their pizza delivered to the ship I was on in Charleston when they first started. It was good at first then they changed the recipes and it wasn’t good. I hope they don’t change their recipes again.

I love this place. They have come WAYYYY up! I was surprised when I ordered. A friend of mine turned my on to their very convenient app. I used it and not only was the app efficient; but my pizza was promptly delivered and it was delicious! Domino’s gets a real thumbs up from me.

Wow! I decided to order pizza tonight. What a mistake! I order online through the webiste it wa really easy and i liked the part where they would tell the process your pizza is in until its ready. When the website alerted me the pizza was ready we went to pick it up. My husband gets there and they tell him or sorry we lost one of your pizza’s. not sure when or why but you have to wait for us to make you another one. Which took another 20 min. All the while the other half of my order was ready. By the time they where done with the pizza, my other order was cold. If i where there i would not have taken the pizza but my husband paud and took it. They didnt offer not to charge us at least for the lost pizza. How do you loose pizza??? Huh! Well we wont be back. If you want their pizza make sure you order it at the store and wait for it. Dont order online!

Wow, I just read these reviews and I must say that we’ve never had a bad experience. I hop I didnt jinx it. We order from this Dominos all the time using the Dominos app on the iPad as take out and the pizza is alway right on.(I also like the Dominos tracker which tells me exactly when to show up and has only been wrong once on me. I’ve ordered it for games or parties and my guests have told me that it was the best dominos /that type of pizza they have had. Maybe I’m lucky but I like this Dominos.

Big disappointment. We usually order from Papa Johns, but decided to try Dominos new gluten free pizza. I ordered a small one and the edges were burnt. My kids had the regular pizza and it was so loaded down with garlic salt you could see it. There was also too much garlic salt on the gluten free pizza, it was like they opened the container and poured it on. It’s back to Papa Johns for the kids, I’ll stick with a salad.
