I’ve eaten takeout a few times now. Their cheese ravioli is really good. Their pizza however, mediocre. The pizza sauce seemed pretty bland. I can’t knock the service they provided. My order has always been ready by the time they advised and it doesn’t seem as if it were sitting there for a long period of time. Delivery has been on point as well. I’ll definitely eat at Santino’s again, but I personally might skip on the pizza.

Delicious chicken Marsala. Good portions and the garlic rolls will prevent any unwanted kisses. This is my second time eating here and the service is superb. Totally recommend the chicken parm, I ordered a full tray for a small family gathering and everyone, kids and adults, loved it. 2

Took the kids here to have some pizza and I must say their garlic rolls are amazing, and the customer service is awesome. The kids felt like home relaxing and enjoying a great afternoon. We will definitely be back to this place.

Their pizza is really good, one of the better ones in the area for sure. Also love their minestrone soup and garlic rolls! Ordered delivery and it came in less than an hour, which was expected. Pizza was fresh, but we ordered a medium(their smallest size) and it was practically squeezed in the box, so a third of the crust was slightly folded over and made it messy. It’s pizza though, still ate it!

I thought the food was good. My wife had the chicken Alfredo and I had the pasta sampler. Both were big portions and tasted good. The meals came with lentil soup which was really good. Garlic rolls were good if you like them oily. The service was super good. The young lady, Amarissa was very welcoming and friendly. I will be frequenting this establishment.

It is very rare, in today’s day and age, for me to provide a restaurant with a second chance after being disregarded twice on a phone call while making a large order, but due to a manager named, «Danny», this rarity did occur. Due to heavy travel caused by my job, I haven’t ordered from Santino’s for about 6 months. I recently returned to the 33029 zip code for a long overdue stay in Pembroke pines, where I plan to be for a long duration. When I had left, Santino’s was a bit over priced, but delicious. although the service and quality had declined significantly. loyal to sometimes a fault, I still decided to order from Santino’s three Sundays ago, when I returned. The person who answered was rude, short, and answered the phone with the much hated, «Santino’s. Umm. Hold». No greeting, no waiting for a response from the caller, nothing . They had no idea if I was even on the connection, as there was zero engagement. I held, simply, to speak to manager, as I was tired and displeased with the lack of respect rendered to a long time patron. I wasn’t going to order, just voice my concerns and take my business else where. Oddly, a different voice picked up the line, albeit 9 minutes later. I asked for the manager, and Danny,(the other voice who took me off hold), stated that he was the manager. I reiterated what had just occurred. AND… he took full accountability on behalf of Santino’s. Danny apologized profusely, and politely and respectfully asked if I would please provide him with an opportunity to remedy the situation.. Due to his, what seemed to be a sincere apology, professional effort to correct the situation, his interminable persistence for us to give him an opportunity to «fix it», did effectively persuade us to do so. T/f, we ordered. The pasta fagioli was out if this world, as always… Best in pines. .and the veal parmigianas we ordered, were excellent, flavorful, tender and delicious. I have ordered 4 more times, since that Sunday, and the chicken parmigiana, which Danny had originally suggested, was the best I’ve had, other than in New York. The last three times we ordered, we still had terrible service by whoever answers their phone. which is unacceptable, as most patrons, including myself, would rather give business to someone who is receptive to the consumers who choose to spend their money on the establishment. however, the last time, when we ordered during their lunch hours, the woman who answered the phone, last Wednesday, was absolutely helpful and just uniquely kind and a great reflection of excellent service delivery… So. I am going to order this evening, and fingers crossed, hope for excellence in service and food quality. therefore will submit an additional and updated entry on both… soon. Tonight, just ordering two large soups, it will be interesting to see how I will be received. Regardless, Santino’s needs to thank Danny, because without his intervention, they would have lost our business three weeks ago.

there was only one server. They should have two servers. instead of one. My uncle asked for someone else to take his order. The other guy took only our drinks but didn’t take his order also disappointed. It’s alright satisfactory. The special was pan pizza like pizza hut. I ate two or three .I could have eaten three more. It wasn’t really that big. He said it can feed 5 – 6 but only enough for three people. WTH man! The food, drinks took like 15 minutes or more to come out considering it wasn’t that full, not even full to capacity. kinda empty. it was a quiet setting. It was the sicilican special. 18 by 18. I thought it was big yet I was wrong…

For Italian food this is the place to go. My personal favorite is the eggplant spinach rollatini with a side of spaghetti. The garlic rolls are fluffy and it’s a relaxed atmosphere. You always leave full. The pasta y fagioli soup and caprese salads are also great.

First time visiting, there was a large family gathering so we thought we’d have to suffer for that. To our pleasant surprise, we found that we were served well. They made sure our drinks were not empty and that we had plenty bread while waiting for our pizza. The bread was baked freshly in the oven and looked like it was topped with butter and freshly minced garlic. They also served bruschetta as an appetizer. Both garlic bread and bruschetta were complimentary. The pizza was delicious. Found out they do delivery so we plan to order from her instead of out usual papa johns.

Santino’s is one of West Pines’s best kept secrets. The pizza is at this neighborhood favorite is unbeatable and their minestrone soup is to die for. Servers are usually very friendly and the manager always welcome you with a smile. If you’re in the mood for some good Italian, try this place out — you’ll love the rolls!

Service is fast, attentive and responsive. Food is fine, never had an issue with a meal here. For a quick affordable family dinning outing they deliver.

Absolutely the worst service ever and sub par food. Came with 8 kids and they served their pizza to another party! Waited an hour plus for two cheese pizzas and a stromboli… I wish an olive garden would open nearby and put this poser of an Italian reasturant out of its misery. Not kidding, the place just emptied and our kids finally got their pizza. Unreal

I can’t believe for years I have been so hesitant to order from here. Last night we ordered the large seafood pizza… and it quite possibly was the most incredible pizza I ever ate. Well, least hits the top five. The marinara was so garlicky and sweet. The shrimp and oysters were nice and juicy, and not overcooked or bland to the taste. Can’t say much about their other pizzas or dishes, but the seafood pizza was insanely good!

Awesome!!! From the garlic rolls on everything was just top of the charts. We were looking for a nice Italian place for dinner and found this place, when we walked in we almost walked out; glad we didn’t! Food was very very good. Would rate it top 5 Italian food I’ve ever had.

Whatever you do, do NOT order delivery from this place! Boyfriend and I are having a wine night with his parents relaxing and ordered one pizza and ten wings 86 minutes ago!!! Eighty freaking six minutes ago and counting!!! We called and canceled our order and they asked us a bunch of questions like it’s our fault. They said it will take 3 business days to get our money back since we paid with credit card. The attitude over the phone was not needed, dine in or pick up only. Avoid the wait and agression.

Santino’s is a family favorite of ours! Even when our family comes in town it’s a first stop. They pizza, Stromboli & manicotti are TASTY!!! Sadly, sometimes service is a bit slow, but it’s not bad & the good always overrides the wait. Oh, don’t forget the garlic bread! It’s awesome!!!

All I could say we ordered a pizza and the table was to small and it fell over, they made us a new pizza and I swear it taste like card board, I asked for extra sauce and well let’s just say forget it, go some where else this was the worst pizza I ever ordered!

Well, the pizza is okay. Granted, I am a pizza snob. Coming from Northern NJ right outside Manhattan, every slice I have in Florida is compared to back home, and always will be. To me there are two types of pizza. The best kind from back home and everything else. This pizzeria, obviously falls under the latter. That being said, its not bad at all for not being from back home. In fact quite good. The crust is good considering they aren’t using NY water, the sauce is a little bland. Could use a pinch of salt more. The cheese is good quality. Also, the service was very friendly, and the establishment itself is quite appealing for all types of folks.
