I’ve been visiting this location over the years. It is an extremely busy location and I blame this for their lack of quality. Last time that I went, the biscuits were powdery and cold. The gravy was cold. The rest of my breakfast was nothing to be impressed about and this is after waiting for nearly 1.5 hours to get seated. Avoid coming here.

Friday morning & we just walked to be seated, no waiting. Order 3 Coffees. Sister in Law had Sunrise Sampler with Scrambled Eggs. Wife had the same but with Sunny Side up Eggs. I had the Blueberries Pancakes plus a Kid Parfait. Now the taste, Quality of the food & Temperature is Consistent like the other Cracker Barrel that we had eaten before. But the server was not in Consistent with what we she is supposed to do, like refilling the Coffes cups or when in need of the warm maple syrup we have to be in constant attention to call her. What is going on I do not know but in two different store had happen this situation…

Wow, when I walked in I was overwhelmed by all the smiles, the branding and genuine hospitality. I had ordered a boneless trout, a baked sweet potatoe with fried apples. Man this food was so tasty — I’m still smiling inside. It’s such a pleasure when you encounter a business that has great people that like what they do. You notice that immediately when you walk in, because of how they greet you. You can’t fake that.

Great service and everything is delicious! Ordered the buttermilk pancakes and they are the best pancakes I’ve had!

This is one of the better CB restaurants around. If you have never been to a Cracker Barrel, it is a breakfast-all-time-time, good olé fashioned southern cooking, table service chain restaurant. The food is consistently tasty, the coffee is always hot, and the service is fast. If you come on a weekend morning, expect a wait. This brach seems to move more efficiently than others, has a nice, large parking lot, and does not always have a horrible line. We eat here regularly due to the lack of local diners with quality menus in the area, and are never disappointed. Try the Sampler or country fried steak breakfast. Our favorite menu items are the biscuits, hashbrown casserole, and fried apples!

Although this Cracker Barrel specializes in Southern Food, someone forgot to train them in Southern Hospitality. I had pretty fond memories of CB from my time in Gainesville as a grad student but since I eat much healthier now I don’t really go to CB anymore. I was crav ing some good old country fried steak for my birthday lunch so I finally decided to stop by the CB close to my house. It was pretty busy for a Thursday during the day but after a short wait we were seated. The first red flag was the table we were seated at was absolutely filthy. There was food all over the floor and the menus were also covered in food. I had to ask someone after several tries to clean the floor as it was disgusting. Finally someone came and swept floor with a mad look on her face. The second red flag was no one came to take our order or offer us water for more than 10 minutes. We were actually seated near the kitchen so no less than 4 different waiters passed by us but they all avoided any type of eye contact so I couldn’t even ask any of them to get our server. After another 5 we decided to get up and leave. While walking out I told the hostess that we were leaving and that no one had even come to our table to take our order. The 3rd strike was when she didn’t even give a damn and replied with a nonchalant OK. WOW. This was definitely not the Cracker Barrel I remembered so fondly. Definitely stay away as they don’t give a rat’s ass about customer service here.

We were on our way home from a week on a cruise and stopped in to this Cracker Barrel for breakfast. The dining room was a bit crowded but we were seated in a two top after a 5 minute wait. Our waitress walked by us 4 times in a matter of 10 minutes and said each time, «I’ll be with you shortly.» On the fifth time, she stopped at an adjacent table to take the food order, walked away and ignored us. 10 minutes later, our waitress delivered the adjacent table’s food and drink order. Then she walked to her other tables. Then on her way back to the kitchen, she walked right by us and did a double take and said, «Where’s your food?» Uh, we don’t know — you’re our waitress! After another 10 minutes, we got up and paid for our coffee as we told the cashier what had happened. The cashier did absolutely nothing. We will never return here.

Great experience. Our server Marci was excellent. Food was delicious … It was our 1st time here. We were celebrating a birthday. Got there after 9 am. There was no wait. It wasnt crowded. Service was quick. I ordered the Olé Timers breakfast for $ 7.59 with eggs, grits, bacon, fried apples, biscuits(u can choose hash brown or fried apples and bacon or sausage). They have so many other breakfast combinations. Its like u want to order everything … I cant wait to return :) Oh almost 4got, it doesn’t show on the menu, u can order 1 or 2 pancakes. Menu shows 3 pecan or blueberry pancakes for $ 7.39 and 3 buttermilk pancakes with/without fruit toppings for $ 6.59 … My breakfast didnt include pancakes so i ordered a pecan pancake. Really good! Its $ 3.89 additional for a pecan/blueberry pancake.

Jeez this place really doesn’t have their crap together! My boyfriend and I spent a day at the beach and thought it’d be fun to end the day with some chicken and dumplings. We found the closest Cracker Barrel and took the 20 minute drive to discover that getting any kind of food was most likely not going to happen. Now some of you might be saying, give them a break it’s Thanksgiving, but this was just appalling. I’ve been to various other Cracker Barrel’s on Thanksgiving and never experienced such terrible customer service. When my guy and I arrived a lady at the door waved us in and told us to go to the hostess stand near the dining area. After standing in line there for ten minutes I was then told by the hostess there that they had started taking names outside. After being almost run over by a mob of people running outside, I made it out and discovered a line of people yelling and on the brink of shoving one another. The hostess clearly wasn’t taking names right because I heard a few parties yelling about how they had been skipped over. After seeing what looked like the makings of WWIII we decided to leave and go to the Boston Market down the street which was just as busy, but very organized. This Cracker Barrel clearly needs to hire some new staff. In a big place like Miami there has to be at least a few intelligent people looking for a job.

A great place for breakfast! I always get the Momma’s breakfast, that comes with 2 eggs, breakfast meat and 3BIG pancakes. OJ on the side(: Every time I go to CB I am never disappointed. Hands down, exceptional service every time! The wait is always long on the weekend, but it isn’t terrible. Our wait was 30 minutes, give or take. The staff are all friendly and I love the store to purchase little trinkets.

Speedy, speedy! I do like a moment to sit lol before beginning asked about orders. Sweet ice tea and a raspberry ice tea coming right up! This store has very friendly and attentive employees. It was awesome seeing humongous candies out for the holidays! I was tempted but actually abstained. I know, shock! You get homemade biscuits and corn muffins for free. You may ask for only 1 if you like. I learned you must ask for the bread to be brought before your food now or you won’t get it until the meals come out. Apple butter, honey, jam and butter or margarine is available. Friday they have Fish Fry. Catfish or Cod. I really enjoy the Cod, so Cod it was and 2 sides included. I got a baked potato and it was an up charge on this meal. Came with butter and sour cream. I brought home the salad, some fish and biscuits. I chose fried okra and side salad for sides. The okra was kinda not as yum. The server noticed I didn’t really eat it and asked about it. Nice! She offered to get me another, I declined I had more than enough food. Next thing I know she takes that off the bill! Wow! Aja was on top of customer service! No manager involved, this was really nice. The fish was light and fresh. I do think they make their tartar sauce. It’s very good. Mac n cheese and fries were the sides of the other meal with a bowl of white gravy to dunk the fries in. If you haven’t tried it, do please it’s yum! They have a Holiday meal special for $ 65.00. You may order it online. The Holiday pies, but pumpkin are being served. $ 8.99 a whole pie. $ 3.69 for a slice with scoop of Vanilla bean ice cream. This place is right off of I-75 exit 11-A. Stay to the right. The right side of the road ends and watch out as I’ve been close to being hit by others not watching. Defensive driving IS a must in South Florida for sure! This sits by a hotel and there are many curves and stop signs. Great store for shopping for all your childhood candies! Enjoy!

I come to this Cracker Barrel pretty frequently and so far I have had good experiences. Despite looking pretty crowded for a Thursday lunch rush, my girlfriend and I did not have to wait and were seated immediately. I ordered the chicken biscuit sandwiches with gravy, scrambled eggs, and hashbrown casserole. Despite being a new item on the menu I somehow knew this was exactly what I wanted.(You can’t go wrong with chicken and biscuits)! The food was served quickly and tasted just as I had hoped — absolutely delicious if I say so myself. Needless to say I finished the whole thing. Our server this time around seemed a little blunt and provided us with our check before we requested it and took our plates before we asked, but lucky enough for us we were pretty much done eating at that point. However, given the busyness of the place it didn’t really bother us at all. Any other day and it may have been more of an issue. I guess my only gripe with the place is that the service can be hit or miss sometimes, but that is almost expected as this place has a large influx of customers. I would not let the occasional bad server deter me from dining here though. The person who rang us up was very friendly, going so far as to make light conversation and even complimented my shirt. This Cracker Barrel is similar to nearly all the others. If you’ve never been to one before there is a «country store» in the lobby where you can buy an assortment of clothing, candy, and knick-knacks, as well as rocking chairs with checker boards on the patio. A charming yet familiar diner and that the whole family can enjoy. I would recommend dining here if you are craving some old-fashioned breakfast food!

Great service at this location. Came here for a friend’s birthday party on a Monday night. They accommodated our party of 15 with a table in the back right away. I ordered the Country Fried Steak that came with a choice of three sides. The food was just as expected of any Cracker Barrel, southern comfort food. You have to ask for apple butter to go with your biscuits whenever you go to a Cracker Barrel. So good! Our server Ciara was so sweet. Every time we asked for something, she would reply with a smile and«my pleasure» and you can tell she meant it. We were even given complimentary coffee to go with our cake. The manager came by at the end and asked if everything was ok. Nice touch.

Whatever you do, sit in Brittany’s section. Knowledgeable about the menu, friendly and efficient. Wonderful!!! The pancakes were cooked to perfection the bacon, wonderfully crispy. Two eggs, screamed soft were actually soft! Would like to give an extra star for that alone! Yes, the wait was long this Saturday morning; but it was well worth the wait.

I’ve been coming to this Cracker Barrel since high school and I can never get enough. Biscuits always come out fluffy, they even provide you with a little biscuit bag if you want to take the leftovers home. Portions are pretty big unless you order from the menu section that has the calories posted. My favorite is the French toast. Slices of warm bread, drizzled with their warm syrup. Don’t be afraid of asking for more syrup either!!! I’ve gone as soon as they opened and it has been dead empty, wait times begin to get longer after 9:00 am on weekends. They also sell their own pancake mixes, syrup and other things inside of their store. This is my go to breakfast spot, I’m glad I live so close to it!

The worse CB ever. The first red flag was outside. There were used candy wrappers, garbage, on and around the rocking chairs. They chairs were not neat like the other CB. Should have known… Just walk thru the store to the restaurant and see it’s a mess. The ladies restroom was not just smelly like crap but another non maintained room. Our server was excellent but we saw others dragging their bods. Food took forever, not just ours but others around us as well. The place was only half full, if that much, so why? My usual cider was watery and had to be sent back. My eggs were cold when they finally came, biscuits were old and had been sitting around. Fish had to be sent back, way too spicy. Sadly not the CB we are use to from the west coast of Florida. Hopefully they will read and learn.

For a restaurant like Cracker Barrel, you know what you’re getting as far as the food is concerned. They offer good tasting breakfast for a very reasonable price. I would give this location 4 stars based on food, however, service must also be taken into consideration and that is where this location hurts its rating. The service here is best described as hit-or-miss. There have been visits in which our server is great: quick refills, extremely friendly and polite. On other visits, the server has seemed very disinterested, lackadaisical and it seemed as if we were a burden to him/her. The food is good enough to withstand the service shortfall, but not good enough to push it to a 4 star rating.

The best, no wait, the BESTEST! If you have not ate at a Cracker Barrel yet then you better locate one fast and jump into a table to experience some of the best breakfast you will have merged with some of the best southern service! This location sits out west near the Weston/Pembroke Pines/Miramar western areas right beside the I-75 highway! You’ll first notice the«down south» design with the store front looking more as a front porch with several rocking chairs(which you can purchase), once inside, you’ll walk into a sea of items to purchase with items ranging from college sweaters, pancake mixes and a whole lotta candy. You then walk towards the back and to the left to meet the hostess stand where you will be directed to your table. The service has always been good, the waitresses are always smiling, making recommendations if they sense your indecisive, interact with your kids, always keeping your cup full and will even help you if your not there assigned table… They truly work in harmony and cut out the B/S! The food. I will easily say that this place has some of the best and can easily be argued«the best» pancakes you will ever eat. They come out soft as a pillow with a beautiful crispy layer and the syrup is… to die for(I sometimes take a bottle and drink it as a shot later on, jokingggg) but seriously so good! The eggs are well salted and are never over done. I have ordered the hamburger steak which is literally a hamburger patty but it works! I get it well done and it’s flavored well but nothing spectacular. The hash browns are nice and crispy and usually have cheese but I usually just get them with cheese. The grits could use a little work as I find them a little to watery for my taste but the butter and salt heighten it up! Now the biscuits, them biscuits man are the sh*t! Just get ready to eat some clouds because they are so soft with a butter taste(just be ready for heaven bites)! Overall this place is a fantastic option for breakfast as the flavors are on point and the food comes out hot, I know they serve lunch and dinner options but I have not been able to take advantage of them but would not hesitate in doing so. This place is a must for good food and good service!

Throughout the years I’ve been here several times but I’ve always found their food just ok. The restaurant is huge and clean. There’s usually a long wait on the weekends but they have rocking chairs(that are for sale) where you can sit and wait. You can also browse through their shop which is attached to the restaurant. In there you will find all kinds of older candy and goodies. They sell candles, clothing, toys, plates etc… I’ve gotten several things throughout the years but usually I’ve gotten the cracker barrel country boy breakfast. I get mine with steak and it comes with 3 eggs, fried apples, hashbrown casserole, grits, gravy, and biscuits. I could do without the grits, gravy, and fried apples it seems like its just fluff. I’d rather get a bigger piece of steak(the one they give you is small). There’s alot of extras so two people could share as long as they get a side of meat. One of my favorite things there are the blueberry pancakes. Try are so tasty and come with a blueberry syrup. You get 3 to an order. I also enjoy their apple cider it comes in a frosted glass. Also their biscuits leave alot to be desired. They’re heavy and the dough sticks to your mouth when you chew it. This is never my first choice for breakfast but we don’t have many options in Pembroke Pines.

These are the best pancakes in South Florida. I love coming here on Sunday mornings and sharing with someone else one of their breakfast plates which bring eggs, pancakes, bacon, ham or sausage. The portions are huge so if you don’t want to leave the restaurant feeling like you’re in a food coma then I recommend that you share. I have to return for lunch or dinner and try their good olé country plates, they look so good on the menu and from other reviews I hear they are delicious as well.
