International House of Pancakes

Not 24 hours!!! Be aware this ihop is not open 24hours as stated by this app and there website…
Can’t comment on the food because it’s 250am on Fri morning and it’s completely closed.

I’m sorry that so many previous Unilocalers had bad customer service experiences at this IHOP. Their waiters/​waitresses must have been the bad apples, because the two times I’ve been here have been decent.
I had breakfast here earlier today with my boyfriend. Like the last time, it was very busy when we arrived. There was even a waiting list. Luckily for us, since we are a party of two, they were able to seat us immediately. We ordered our drinks and meals, and we received our food in record time! That kitchen must have been hoppin’ because it took less than 10 minutes.
I could tell the food was fresh because of how warm it was. In previous experiences at other IHOP locations, the food we received was never this hot. This made today’s pancakes extra delicious. On top of that, the other food wasn’t greasy. At other IHOP locations, the eggs, hash browns, and bacon we order is usually overly greasy. Not today! Needless to say, it was a very satisfying meal.
I like how you can pop into an IHOP, eat a full breakfast, and pop out in a short amount of time. We all know you can’t expect much from a place like IHOP, and I’m not a picky person, but I always leave feeling content.

Disappointed. to say the least! it was IHOP. I expected a great breakfast at IHOP.
I got THE WORST server in AMERICA.
How do you mess up an order thats is very simple.
A healthy fit omelet no spinach. I get served the omelet with spinach and charged extra for the SPINACH which it comes with anyway .(which I asked to be omitted.)
Charged for TWO coffees (I had only one it was a DIRTY CUP) I needed a new cup!
I substituted a side of toast for fruit was served both and got charged for an extra order of toast.
AND there was no I repeat NO LANGUAGE BARRIER .
I addressed this with the Manager on duty who gave me the obligatory smile and I’m sorry bums rush. guess it was getting busy

If I could give zero stars, I would. I walked in and wasn’t even greeted for 4 minutes. We had to ask the hostess if she could attend to us. Then the hostess grabs some menus and walks to a table, points at it and tosses the menus on the tables (literally) and then walks away without saying a word. Needless to say in reading these reviews this place is in need of some serious revamping. Management better get on the ball quick!

Second time here and not any better than the first. First visit they gave me the wrong food and I had to wait for them to correct it. Trip 2 called to order put on hold nobody picked back up. Hing up and called back line busy for 10 min. Came to restaurant and have been waiting 20 mins for a salad.

This place is very under staffed and unprofessional I’ve been to plenty ihops in my day and I’ve never had a experience like this at I hop

I don’t want to neither give 1 star. Very poor service. The waitress was talking in the phone and to me at the same time, she didn’t like that I went for my free pancakes for my birthday neither. Practically she yelled at me each time I said something because I kept asking a question in which her response I didn’t understand.

Worst IHOP anywhere. They seat multiple parties at a table.

Horrible Experience at this IHOP with the service. The food was great as in any IHOP, but service this bad could leave a bad taste in your mouth as much as bad food. Our waitress made a good first impression seemed charismatic but came off as rude in the long run. I went with a group of friends, we went for the all you can eat pancakes, keyword «ALL YOU CAN EAT». After the second round she mentions how we are ordering too much and how she will start charging for more. Nowhere did it say there was a limit. We kept being rushed. Then my friend overheard the Chef and our waitress having a conversation. «Holy sh**t who’s ordering all this what do they think this is?» We felt offended and rushed. If they cannot handle a promotion such as an all you can eat, then don’t endorse it. Horrible experience. Will not be returning.

Extremely grossed out at the fact that there was a hair in my scrambled eggs. The waitress was apologetic and I saw her tell the manager, but the manager didn’t come out to acknowledge it. Overall, the service is very bad as they take extremely long to serve you. This is based on several visits and the last one was definitely that… the last one!

Don’t know why I keep coming back here. Guess it’s because it’s closer than the Den. Got by passed for seating right in our faces, food barely warm and the pancakes was keeping the butter from melting.

Our family loves breakfast and you would think the international House of pancakes would be experts in this regard. My experience today set me back when I receive cold eggs and grits. The egg quality was also shaky. Grits were soupy and the coffee watery. The manager came by after as she was asking various tables about there breakfast, I mentioned just the cold temperature of the food, not the quality part, no recourse was given just,“sorry”.

Food was ok avg bland, but service is terrible. Took for ever the place wasnt packed. Nothing went right. First time last time.

I always come here for some good pancakes but the service is horrible. When you get a table you will sit there and wait about 15 minutes before someone realizes you have not been attended…

Worst service ever. As a matter of fact didn’t even receive service after waiting 15 minutes at the table. Finally someone came to ask for drinks, we were nice about it and asked for coffee and water… We had to leave because no one came back for our drinks at least. Mind you, there was only one other table being served, and three employees.

Well my son wanted some breakfast for lunch we went in wrote out names down because there was a waiting list on friday we went and waited 15 min to be seated. This ihop is located on a publix strip shopping center we are regulars here the place was a bit messy and the people for the most part are decent there are a few questionable in hygiene and i agree with fellow Unilocalers that this should matter when it comes to the hiring process specially when ur a server and interacting with customers. The lady took our order and when the good came out she got my sons order perfect mine i requested a breakfast sampler and she brought me the sampler alright! The senior citizen version which is half of the original! I guess i must look 55yrs old i told her to just leave it as it was and when i asked for my senior citizen discount on my bill she had the nerve to tell me i couldn’t get it cuz i wasn’t a senior! Anyways we paid our bill and went on our way, i dont have much of a choice for ihop this is the closest location to me and so we always come for breakfast. Dont ever expect a 5 star service here and the bathrooms are gross avoid them at all cost

⁰⁄₅. I got food poisoning from the food. Waiter obviously didn’t make my order clear. It’s my belief that because I corrected what kind of meat I wanted they brought me tainted meat. Another waitress serving us had blackened teeth. Would NEVER return.

Our waitress was very nice. But the food was disgusting. My eggs were burnt the sausage was overcooked the bathrooms were disgusting and I was completely grossed out by my experience I will never go back!

Worst IHOP ever my Strawberry Pancake was the only thing that was good but my scrambled eggs were as cold as a monkeys ass

This IHOP sucks. I had to send the food back because it was cold! Always disappointed when I go.
