Three strikes and your out Chase on 180th! I’ve been a chase customer since before it even became chase(Washington mutual) and j have never had such horrible customer service! Strike one — my mom went in there to ask about her chase freedom rewards points. She doesn’t want to do online banking, her identity has been stolen so valid fear. No one would help her! After going to another chase we find out all they have to do is look it up and activate her account every three months. Which she doesn’t mind going in for. Strike two — we went in to deposit and I requested a manager to get someone to again look up the chase freedom points for redemption & activation. Well I know what customer service is so bad, it comes from the top. This guy had the audacity to give my mom a speech on getting with the times and using the online features. Who does he think he is? LAZY! That’s what I think! Strike three — I asked my mom to take a deposit in for me when she was going in. All deposit no cash back or anything. They wouldn’t deposit the cash. Again she asked for a manager since this has never happened before and she was curious why the change, here comes the same rude guy who told her if she didn’t like it she can take all her money out and go elsewhere. Pretty sure that’s not corporate policy.
