I went in to inquire about my engagement ring. It has a chipped diamond that I wanted to replace. The woman that assisted me looked at my ring and proceeded to tell me how flawed my ring was. Now I understand the aspect of informing someone certain damages, but it was the way she told me. That I have 4 flawed diamonds, it wasn’t centered properly and that they wouldn’t touch it. Then it changed to well we can do it but it will take this long and be this much. It was like my business was bothersome to them. Also a disclaimer: I look very young, so if you’re younger expect to be judged. I understand this is a business to make money but no business should judge a person by the way they look. If they had made me feel like an actual customer I would have been a well paying one. Basically, their customer service is seriously lacking.

From the second I laid eyes on my ring, I knew I had to personally thank Alex as well as write a review to thank him and Beverly’s Jewelers for the awesome service they provided to my boyfriend Jean (now fiancé). Alex went above and beyond, and continues to do so throughout our engagement/​wedding process. He is very attentive, considerate and was eager to help us and make our engagement process easier and affordable. He made you feel like family and he worked with our budget on obtaining a great quality 1.70 GIA Certified diamond on a beautiful rose gold setting. He is very knowledgeable and definitely made sure that you are getting a GREAT stone for your money. As a jewelry fanatic, he has definitely earned my business and we look forward to all anniversaries, birthdays and «just because» gifts or upgrades that could be given due to his amazing efforts. Alex, if you read this, I want to thank you again for everything you did and continue to do for us. You are amazing person and your professionalism is remarkable. Gentlemen, buy your engagement ring here, from Alessandro. You’ll be glad that you did. Not only did he provide the friendliest, most excellent service, but man oh man, I bought a 1,2 Kt. clear, near flawless, excellent cut round stone for an unbelievable price. GIA-​certified (I have the certificate.)
I searched online and found a setting that was really unique, and Alessandro ordered it for me. My fiancé can’t believe how beautiful her ring is. I have never seen a stone sparkle like this one. Also, I bought it on layaway. I put 50% down payment (Nov), and made two or three other payments. I took the ring home in January and proposed on Valentine’s Day.
The only negative is that now she does everything with her ring finger: swipes her iPhone to unlock it, dials phone numbers, scratches imaginary itches on her face, etc. LOL
She loves, loves, loves her ring, and so do I.

Only a family owned business like this one can provide such exceptional service. I walked in to have the battery replaced in an old watch I own that isn’t worth much but holds a great deal of sentimental value to Me and I left impressed. Joyce was very pleasant but her obvious passion for what she does and pride in the business took a mundane chore and turned it into happy experience for Me. Anyone in the market for an engagement ring or other fine Jewelry should definitely give Beverly’s Jewelers a chance before buying anywhere. You won’t be disappointed.

My husband bought my engagement ring here! We then had my rings sized and bought my wedding band here. Every step of the experience was amazing! We have since returned for many other services and gifts (mothers birthday, soldering of my wedding rings, etc…) and been very happy every step of the way!

This place is awesome. I have gotten 2 of my Michael Kors watches fixed here that I thought were beyond repair. The staff is super friendly and treated me like a star even though I was just getting a watch repaired. They have the largest selection of Tacori rings I have ever seen in person.

Mediocre, unfriendly service. If you’re not a longstanding customer, they may not even acknowledge you.

After three years Jeff decides to also call me a liar, adding insult to injury. Instead of doing that you should make sure that you treat everyone fairly and with respect. If you weren’t there, how can you say it didn’t happen? Why is it obvious that it didn’t happen? Having been in business for 45 years doesn’t mean that you have always done everything right. I guess Jeff’s reply to my review makes my point even clearer. Again, for those of you thinking about selling gold or buying jewelry, I recommend you take you business elsewhere.

Thanks to Amanda at the P Pines location in helping me add to my C charm that was given to me as a gift. I would have wanted to see more selection of charms, but I was happy with my purchase. Thanks again.

We came to Beverly’s after shopping around a while for a 3 stone ring. We had some pretty strict requirements for what we wanted. We met Steve at the Pines store and he helped us pick out a stone to match the 2 other stones that we already had. We did not feel pressured at all. The comments in other reviews are questionable, I did not even see a security guard in the store at either location. The diamond prices seemed to be fair. We did not find a setting that we liked, but we had a picture of the setting that we wanted. Steve suggested that we have the setting custom made. The first thing we thought was $$$$. He said that they have an in house designer and they do all the work themselves. We decided to give it a shot and have a custom ring made. We met with Mark who is the designer a week later. We gave him a few photos off the internet of exactly what we wanted. He designed the ring in the computer and sent us the results. After our approval he made the ring and sent it to the pines store where we picked it up. The ring was beautiful, however after wearing the ring for a week or so, my wife wanted to add some more details. We contacted Mark and he was more that willing to re-​make the ring for us. This time it was perfect. We were very picky and i’m sure a pain at times, but we never felt that we were bothering them. Its very rare that you find a company that will continue to work on something until its 100% of what you want.

Well the day has come when I got my ring! My fiancé (woo hoo!) bought me a gorgeous Tacori engagement ring. Apparently there were many behind the scene phone calls, meetings, and emails between him and the Beverly’s staff in order to make sure everything went smoothly. My fiancé said throughout the whole process, everyone was so helpful/​accomodating to him. The head salesman, Don, even wrote him a personalized email after which was very sweet.
