They are always so happy to help every time I come here! The ladies are very nice and make your shopping experience very enjoyable. This is one of my «to go» placed for gifts as jewelry is beautiful and affordable.

Jewelry quality is not great, I prefer fine jewelry. I have some Brighton pieces that I have accumulated through the years. My only gripe is the snotty behavior of the sales associates. They truly need a reality check, when I looked at the sign it says Brighton, not Cartier. My mother in law has experienced the same treatment when she asked a question about a purse.

The sale associate was helpful even tho there was only two sale associates on the floor with several customers waiting to get help.
There is alot of cute jewelries. Some are little pricey and others are reasonably priced.
My purchase was placed in a leopard printed fabric pouch into a gift bag with a green tissue paper. Also the receipt is placed in a cute rosy envelope.

This place is alright. The only reason I come here is to buy birthday presents for my mom. The customer service is excellent; however the quality of the jewelry is far from the same. Recently, I bought a bracelet for my mom and it broke after she wore it one time. She was just sitting on the sofa and it broke. No misuse, no wearing it in extreme conditions. It just broke. We took it back to the store and it was free to repair, although it took 3 weeks. This happened with a couple of other pieces I’ve purchased from here as well. The price is a little high for the jewelry to be this cheap. I’ve had jewelry from Forever 21 that has outlasted some of my mother’s Brighton jewelry. As I said, the customer service is great, but I think I’m done purchasing anything from this store.

My wife loves this store so I do too. Kidding, this is one of the places I go to get her presents she actually likes. Sales staff is extremely helpful. Wish they would make the store a bit bigger though, a little cramped for my taste.
