I have been with Sprint for almost 5 years and have had more positive experiences than negative ones at the retail locations. I stopped in here to have them look at my phone because it would not connect to my new car. The Infiniti dealer tried two other phones that were the same model as mine and they linked to the car, so it was the phone. The employee looked at me as if I were an alien and then reluctantly told me that they would see what they could do. Then, she told me that all I had to do was«reboot» the phone. I told her that this was done between 10 and 15 times without success. She said there was nothing that Sprint could do. I explained that the phone was less than a year old and still under warranty… she did not care. When I stopped in a location in Washington State a couple weeks later, they just ordered me a new one as it was under warranty. They were so helpful that I upgraded two of the other two phones I pay for to the«I Phone Forever» plan. I am sure that the commission was worth the time they took to warranty my Samsung. Then, as soon as I returned to Texas, the phone linked to my new car.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Just went in to cancel a line and the male associate dialed the customer support line(with my phone) so I could do it myself. That’s no problem but it was the manner in which it occurred. We walked in, two females associates sitting down in chairs talking and laughing about a rapper. Very unprofessional, loud and obnoxious.(Closing crew, 7:19pm, 2÷12÷16). Professional and courteous service is hard to find in this day and age.
