This location seems to have issues with what you should and shouldn’t get charged for. I’ve been a Jason’s Deli patron for years, and you sort of get used to what your ticket should be. It appears every time I come in getting up charged for a side change, etc…

This has to be the worse experience I’ve ever had at a Jason’s Deli. The food was good, but I was horrendously overcharged. what made it worse was when I brought it to the manager’s attention he tried to make it seem like it was my fault I was over charged. I ordered two Muffaletta Specials and was told that they come with any two sides, chips, fruit, soup or salad. My wife wanted chips and soup, I wanted soup and a salad. Not only was I charged a dollar surcharge for the salad but for some reason I didn’t understand, nor was it explained to me I was charged 3.69 for the soup !!! When I told the manager his comment was I should have known the salad was extra. I told him the girl named the sides and told me I had my choice of any two. He grabbed my ticket and told me he was going to refund the price of the two drinks, not enough money for what I was over charged 3.69 + 1.00 vs 3.98. But again he made it seem it was my fault. I’m not even going to mention the fact that we ordered the sandwiches without that nasty olive compote stuff they put on them and had to scrape it off. Bottom line is check your bill before you leave the register here. Okay off to make a google complaint.

Service is SOSO slow. It literally takes them 15 minutes to place a scoop of tuna on lettuce and hand it to me. I am a regular only because it is next door to my gym, otherwise I would never go to there.

Visited this location recently. I met Raymond who was very nice and patient with me as I needed time to figure out what I wanted to order. They have a variety of options and all of the food was fresh and tasty. I had the lobster bisque and beefeater sandwich. The salad bar was clean and had good options also. I will definitely return.

Dont see how one can give a bad rating here since all you do is order your food, sit down, they bring your food to you and then you eat… simple enough. I have seen where some say portions are small… its more of a healthy portion size instead of the 2 meats with 2 sides and a sweet tea bbq joint, though i love those places too. No matter which Jason’s deli i go to here or in houston, one staple i always have to get is a cup of chicken chili, keyword is CHICKEN, i have tried the regular chili meh… not for me. This place didn’t disappoint with it… this time i got it with the ranchero wrap which i have to say i enjoyed very much… first time ever ordering that one. I normally get wraps when i come here and all thus far have been pretty good… a little skimpy on the turkey for the turkey wrap, but it still had really good flavor. The only complaint is, that someone doesn’t tell me to slow down when i eat my free ice cream at the end of my meal, or you will get a brain freeze

Three strikes and you’re out. Today around 4:15 my husband and I came here for a early dinner. We have ate here two times before since you have opened and I have never been thrilled about my meal … But today was JuST Horrible! I ordered the managers special w half sandwich and half broc/cheese soup. I could swear there was no meat on my sandwich and the soup was served cold. The chips looked like what you get out of the very bottom of a chip bag – crumbs ! Not to mention almost every table had dirty dishes on it. We barely could find a clean table. Bad experience. We will stick to Panera bread.

usually have a great visit at lunch time but today was awful. they forgot to give us a number, forgot 3 of our items, seafood gumbo had no seafood ATALL and wasnt even warm yuk, the cajun mixed nuts were all stale. this was all at 4:30 and only 3 other patrons so idk what was going on. had to walk up 4 or 5 times for all of that. dont like to complain but the mgr was right there the whole time.

Came here on 2 different occasions. food was okay, I feel that the servings are a little small. The staff at lunch time have better customer service than the night time. The. night time crew(we ate there at 8pm on a friday night) didn’t seem to be accomodating and happy that you are eating at their place. The thermostat of this place is freezing! Doesn’t matter what time you go, day or. night! Bring a jacket!

Order for delivery. Everything was okay except for my quinoa shrimp salad. It was really bad. I’m picky about my seafood and the shrimp had an awful smell. I’ll stick to the chicken next time.

Usually we will get our good through the drive through but we decided to dine in. Glad we did! The customer service was nothing less than superior! The staff was smiling & courteous. The manager was extremely nice. We are at the salad bar. Very clean & the food was great!

I’ve always been a big fan of Jason’s deli. Food was good, but the place is disorganized. Customer service is poor. The focus was on the drive through. Customers in the restaurant, me included, were ignored. We all waited over 30 minutes to get a basic sandwich. This Jason’s location is relatively new, so you would expect better service to make a good first impression.

Ordered kettle fries with New Yorker, Beefeater& Irish Potato Soup. Soup was thick(gelatinous). Net Yorker did not have the stone ground mustard I ordered and when I requested it, the guy came back and said the kitchen crew said I didn’t specify stone ground. Had to show him receipt proving I did before he would get it! Potato chips were not kettle as requested. Beefeater and au jous was tasteless and bread seemed old. We sat in booth by ice cream area and employees were just talking away. One kept hitting the ice cream machine. The manager was nowhere to be found! Employees need to be trained and managed better. Will not be returning!
