To be frank, I don’t understand the rave reviews… Tho maybe it’s just this location. The food was OK, it definitely was not worth the price. I’ve had better tasting food for cheaper at «subway» which to be honest isn’t the best either. I called the order in because I didn’t want to wait. I got there paid and still had to wait 5 minutes just to get the remainder of my order. The girl that rang me up was rude and didn’t seem very happy to be working there. I will not be coming back to this location… If I want to try firehouse sub’s again it will be in a whole different location entirely.

I was recently introduced to Firehouse. The club sandwich is perfect. I just won’t get one at this location. It’s dirty and unfriendly. They didn’t handle the food well. There were bugs where the lemons and limes are kept. The drink station was nasty. All but one employee moved slow and acted like they didn’t want to be there. They genuinely don’t lion happy. Before anyone could take my order, A strong stench overtook my nose. It was one of the employees, he smelled like urine and rotting flesh. I’ve heard the other Pearland location is similar. I don’t expect my nose to ever allow me to come here again.

I had a miscommunication with a client and found myself with an hour and fifteen minutes to arrive at their location and find a lunch for 15. I called the location frantic and they accommodated me with time to spare. The staff was friendly and fast and genuinely saved my rear end! I will definitely come back!

Sunday at 2;30 pm. Dirty and slow service. All tables were dirty. Floor had standing puddles of spilled drinks at drink machine. Floors had trash under most tables. Garbage cans were overflowing NEVER will go here again. Find another Firehouse to eat at. 1 star is too high.

During the last year I haven’t been so satisfied with them. I always ask for no lettuce and they are always trying to put lettuce on my sandwich. They just aren’t paying attention to their job. I even started exclusively doing online orders so NO LETTUCE would be right there in writing. And they still often put lettuce on the dang sub. Good grief! Either get some quality lettuce, instead of that wilted white iceburg lettuce junk, or quit trying to force it on me.

I like Firehouse and their brand. When one enters, you are always greeted. But as of late, something must be going on with both Pearland locations. No one looks happy to be here on a Sunday. See my review for the Main St location. But here, how does one want to order from someone who looks like they don’t want to be there?
On top of that, the Firehouse App wouldn’t let me order. The app wanted me to waiting 2 hours to pickup my food.

I was pretty disappointed when I stopped by the other day. My numerous past experiences with Firehouse subs has been fantastic, not so much with this one.
The workers were very friendly I must say, but the appearance of the store was very lackluster to say the least. The coke machine had so much excess ice in to bottom that I had to empty it just to get my cup inside. The trash was overflowing and the counter was covered in some sort of liquid.
I was hoping when I got my sandwich it would make up for the dirty store, but no. I decided not to stay and eat and when I got home (about 5 minutes later) the sandwich tasted like it was dumped in water it was so soggy. I wasn’t even able to finish half before I threw it away.
While my experience didn’t completely Turk me off from firehouse, next time I’ll likely pick a different location.

I discovered this place back in 2003. I love these sandwiches! The hook and ladder is my fave! t’s hot and delicious! They have a large assortment of hot sauces to choose from too, if you like adding spice. Not sure about other locations, but here they have the newer fountain drink, touch-​screen machine… fun.

Firehouse rocks wherever they are. They have a great product. This location seemed kind of run down compared to most Firehouse locations. the food was still good and the service was great!

Good food but my biggest gripe has to be how expensive this place is! 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks set me back 20 bucks. I got the chicken salad sandwhich and my boyfriend gets the roast beef. He loves that sandwich and claims he can eat it everyday and my chicken salad was a-​ok! As far as the place itself, it was small and felt a bit cramped. We really liked the innovative soda fountation machine (so many flavors!). I like the food here but it’s way too expensive for what it is to make me a regular. Glad Firehouse Subs opened up in Pearland though, gives us plenty of options to choose from!

Recently visited on a weekend afternoon during holiday shopping. Not usually a fast food person but recently had a positive comment from an acquaintance. Went in and spoke to the manager (owner?) and explained first time visitor. He explained the premise of the theme and the way the menu works. Very helpful and informative. Everyone was positive and friendly. Good sandwiches were delicious. Nice personality for a sandwich shop, different menu than the regular subways. Bit more expensive but very enjoyable meal and ‘atmosphere’.
