Andrew Hernandez and his company, Alpha elite roofing, is by far the best service organization I have ever worked with. Generally, experiences when working with contractors is not positive, but in this case it has been an absolute joy to work with him. He stood behind us as we made a claim to our insurance company to cover the roof. Andrew worked with the adjuster from the insurance company and because of his experience and his good nature he got it done. His group cleaned up after the job very well. He sent his area supervisor over to review the job when it was done to make sure we were happy. Several weeks later we noticed a plumbing issue as a result of the roofing installation and Andrew sent a plumber immediately and took care of it with no hassle and with no added cost to me. He chose the shingles and they are premium quality and the colors are a great match with the house. I have the best looking roof in the neighborhood. He’s a real pro.
