I wanted to share that Texas Engineered Roofing went above and beyond with customer service to help my mother and father repair their roof that was storm damaged. Matt Nash was a pleasure to work with! This fall I called the company and explained to them that I was trying to help my parents understand their insurance coverage to see if a new roof would be covered. I live in San Diego and was doing my best to help my parents but I could not do it alone. My parents are both in their late 70s and my father is under stress due to caring for my mother who has dementia. English is my father’s second language, he cannot hear very well and did not know what to do about getting his roof repaired. I was referred to Texas Engineered Roofing and I explained my situation to them. They were very understanding! I worked with David Chavez and he told me not to worry because they could help. They were very patient with me and did a great job answering my father’s questions. They helped me get insurance paperwork completed and helped me understand the insurance policy. Both Matt and David responded promptly to my many phone calls. I felt like I could ask them any question and they did not make me feel dumb. They went out of their way to visit my parents many times during the roof installation and inspected all the work to make sure it met my father’s expectations. I feel so grateful to Texas Engineered Roofing. They helped me feel at ease knowing that someone cared about making sure my father got his roof repaired the right way. I recently went home for the Holidays and saw the great job they did. They even did some extra painting to the house! I recommend Texas Engineered Roofing! Thank you guys!

We couldn’t be more satisfied with out experience with Texas Engineered Roofing. A tree fell on our home and they came out on the 4^th of July and they came out THAT DAY! They tarped it and made sure no more damage could be done. They worked hand and hand with our insurance company to make sure that our roof was done quickly and without cutting any corners. They were completely professional and courteous from start to finish! Next time a tree falls on my house, I won’t panic knowing that we will be in good hands. THANKS AGAIN Texas Engineered Roofing!
