This used to be an awesome WaHo when I was in high school about 5 years ago. My last few visits have been awful experiences. My grits have been consistently clumped together into tasteless lumps and today I draw the line as I ate eggshells and some rancid crunchy thing that looked like sausage and I fear may have been a bug. The service is good but I’m not eating this anymore. Not saying that I expect some luxurious meal from Waffle House, but I at least I expect cooked food, with just edible food…

Friendly staff and numerous locals. This is a ‘worn in’ Waffle House that doesn’t pick up a lot of side traffic but has a steady stream of regulars with the occasional tourist, at least breakfast to lunch. Your Friday and/or Saturday night crowd could very well be your drunk locals and/or extra traffic but not likely as it is close to the heart of downtown Peachtree City. Having eaten here a few times the cooks are pretty much all on point when they are solo, if you see a double or triple cook team keep your eyes out cause something might get mixed up from LITERALLY too many cooks in the kitchen. The building itself is older but well maintained and kept clean, a dirty dish or counter does not wait long to be cleared or wiped. Only the most sensitive would have a hygene issue and honestly that sort shouldn’t be at a Waffle House to begin with. Otherwise this is your typical Waffle House, anyone welcome anytime.

Pretty tasty stuff — waffles, grits, coffee, hash browns(I got mine smothered, covered, and capped). you name it, it’s great! It was my first trip to Georgia, and the waitresses were quite understanding of my family’s situation and why we could not all be seated at once. Portions are a plenty, so bring your appetite.

Can’t beat the chicken sandwich plate scattered smothered covered. Been awhile sense I have had one. They have some new hash brown bowls. Might try one next time. The Texas cheesesteak plate is great as well. Of course I’m from Georgia so you have to love Waffle House.

This is the second visit to a waffle house since moving to Georgia over 8 years ago. I was always scared away due to its reputation but we took a motorcycle ride to south Georgia and it just seemed an appropriate place to go. If I made my own breakfast this is exactly how I’d make it. Cooked to order right in front of you. Nothing fancy. Just a good American breakfast. It’s a humble place and you have to get over your haughtiness and just enjoy a little diner atmosphere with a nice, probably unattractive waitress. I will be back when I want a full stomach. It just won’t be on a Friday or Saturday night when all the drunks are clearing the bars. The only reason it gets only 4 stars and not 5 is the Clientele.

This is a great spot because of the joyous staff. They have a good time working together. We were given excellent service by Kia! The coffee was fresh. There was a good amount of parking.

How could a nice Southern Boy like me not do a write up of a great Southern Institution like Waffle House… I ate at this location for the first time in 10 years and was glad to see the service was still excellent, the restaurant was clean and the choices abundant and inexpensive for a nice breakfast before heading to the airport and back to Milwaukee where there are no Waffle Houses… I had the 2 egg special and a nice diet coke and she even put it in a «to go» cup when I was leaving… thanks«Darlin»…I will be back…
