Burtons Grill

Meal was okay, but it seemed the waitress was in a bad mood. When I ordered my sandwich she asked if I «wanted fries or something healthier” — not really sure what she meant by that but it seemed she was having a really off day. At least the food made up for it!

Wish I could rate the food, however the hostess was so rude, ignorant, and full of herself we left shortly after being seated.
Did I mention she ignored us for ten minutes before acknowledging or presence? I’m guessing she wasn’t hired because she is smart and hardworking.

The Service was good at first, asking about food allergies which I was impressed with but then on the service was terrible. It took the waitress 15 minutes to get the water and mind you it was not busy what so ever. The bread was cold and the sauce that came with it was not tasteful. The steak came out good because i wanted it medium rare but it lacked flavor. The mashed potatoes were quite excellent in taste. I ususlly finish my water in between the meal and the waitress passed by and look and didnt ask for a refill and we never got one either. After this experience I will probably won’t becoming back.

Terribly! Don’t waste your money here. You can get a better sandwich at panera bread and better butter at five guys!
The bread was cold, the services was ok. The ambience and decoration was great.

Sat at the bar tonight for dinner and a beer. Had a nice angle on the service bar. I gotta tell you — the bartenders at Burton’s Grill are top notch. They hustle. I saw a ribbon of orders come off that printer a mile long, and they got filled with military efficiency. All the while every seat was filled at the bar and everyone was greeted and served as if they were the only ones there. Oh, and the food was awesome.

Love the bartenders here and the crab cakes over salad are an option i dont see often. Delicious!

We’ve been to many Burtons locations over the years and this one isn’t much different than the rest — same high quality food and same plethora of gluten free options. Although it’s located in a mall, the restaurant is big and has the same feel as the standalone Burtons locations. The parking can be a pain in the ass depending on how crowded the mall is.
We called ahead and were told there was a brunch menu on the weekends, but really it ended up just being lunch. This was a little disappointing, but at least there are enough good sandwich and salad options available and at 12:00 there was practically nobody in the restaurant.

When we walked in the hostess asked if either my husband or I were gluten free — apparently, they not only have a gluten free menu, but the kitchen prepares their gluten free items on a different grill, using their own set of cooking utensils. This impressed me.
I was further impressed when our server asked (more than once) if either of us had any food allergies — as everything was made to order and any item could be modified.
The real closer for me was when I was having a hard time trying to figure out what to order and my husband asked our server to make a recommendation. I said that I didn’t want chicken, and he recommended the steak frites, as well as a few other items. He went to put in our order for their philly cheesesteak rolls as an appetizer, and when he returned advised us that there was a special — short ribs braised in I don’t even remember because he ended with a «horseradish sauce,» and he had me.
They have a seasonal crème brûlée that was unseasonably white chocolate and raspberry — but when I mentioned my surprise over it not being pumpkin, the server was excited at that idea. Even that was refreshing!
Our food was fantastic, but what truly bowled me over was the level of service we received — from the moment we entered the restaurant until paying our check

Consistently good. 4 stars, not 5, as superbowl night dinner wasn’t great. Maybe the chef was too much into the game and overcooked/​over-​dried everything. Otherwise, very good.
