While shopping at Northshore Mall we stopped at this North Face store to buy some clothing for a family member.
When we entered the store we were warmly greeted by the employees who told us about the current sales as well as their new merchandise. The store was well stocked with items, and we appreciate the fact that their children’s section was filled with clearance items.
In the end we bought a sweater and the price was reasonable. Usually North Face items are expensive because of their durability, but the sales here made our purchase possible.

This review is more for an Employee than the store. If you want to buy something at this store, I highly and STRONGLY recommend speaking to Nick. He is super awesome, has great knowledge about most of the products, honest and very friendly.
It’s worth getting something from this store because of Nick as he really tries to ensure that you get the best suited product.

I can’t believe these bad reviews! Employees were extremely friendly unassuming and helpful!
Perhaps if you are paranoid or hate social interaction you should probably shop from home, not give a business 1 star because the people who work there were looking at you!
The two people I interacted with were friendly, knowledgable, extremely helpful and not pushy at all.

OK store, but the employees here are annoying and seem to always keep their eyes on you. The prices are almost always MSRP, which is far too much in my opinion.
TIP — buy online from somebody else or go to the North Face outlet in Freeport, ME for MUCH better prices.

I went there trying to buy a neck warmer. After looking around the store for about 20mins with employees just standing around (i think the employees are there for anti-​theft purposes & not customer service) I asked where the neck warmers are. He said they sold out about 3 weeks ago! Is the back order that long on neck warmers? prob not.

I like the selection and I appreciate the ability to try items on, but the service is lacking. I’m sorry, but I’m not 16. I don’t need to be given the evil eye while I browse and god forbid, try on a jacket. I’m not trying to steal anything! I did end up buying my winter jacket here, but next time, will just purchase online.
