I received the absolute worst service. It was clear that the store clerk and I were not communicating. He assumed the«you are a middle aged stupid woman» attitude and did not even try to answer my questions about my bill or alternative billing options. Do not go to this store!

Reviewing for my mother’s experience at this Verizon. My 62 year old mother who struggles with online accounts and phone knowledge went in to get help with her iphone that died. They asked her for MyVerizon password, which she had accidentally reset and saved onto her notes, on her dead phone. So they turned her away because she didn’t know the MyVerizon password, even though they had verified the last 4 digits of her social security. My mother thought that was the end all and went away discouraged calling me for help to figure out what several number combination Verizon might have given her in the first place. WHY can’t the employees at this store be patient enough to verify this 12+ year customers account information via social security, drivers license, and debit card that pays the large bill every month!!! She thinks she has to drive to SLO to get any answers, why even have a Verizon in Paso Robles if it is crappy as this. I encouraged her to go back in and ask for someone that could help her get into her account and give her some advice about her dead phone — and keep asking for someone until maybe a competent employee comes by.

I am on my fourth iPhone and have had good experiences with other Verizon stores but getting my iPhone 6 with this location was unprofessional. I was into the store three times and had three different associates assist me but all three were rude, short and not helpful. When picking up my new phone the associate seemed annoyed I was purchasing a case as well. The information that was to be transferred over was not and they we’re not helpful to correct the issue. All employees seemed annoyed to be at work. I will not go to this location again.

I live in LA but took the opportunity to replace my broken phone while on a road trip late last year. I was glad to purchase a $ 200 insurance plan and led to believe it would cover replacement of my phone if I broke it again or it got lost or stolen, I just called to use the plan — only to find out that there is a $ 150 deductible fee for the replacement phone. While that’s cheaper than a new phone — I was never told about this sort of «deductible» payment when I purchased the insurance. There was likely fine print in the paper work i must have received, but I feel ripped off.

My brother got a phone here the other day, they told him that they would keep his old phone for 24 hours in case anything happened with the transfer of memory. When he got home and synced his phone the memory was erased. So we went back to find out that they had already wiped it. So they went against what they told us then, and to make it worse they employee there whose name I believe was Anthony had such an attitude problem tossing his phone around and didn’t seem like he cared at all. You are much better off going to the other Verizon stores in paso.

Not reputable. Great when your purchasing but once there is a problem they do not stand by their word. Will not support.

Pleasant to deal with while buying a phone, aside from the numerous fees I feel entitled to having waived such as a «renewal fee» for a decade-plus Verizon customer. That aside, the purchase was OK. After owning my phone for some ten days, I set the phone on my office desk, softly as I don’t want to scratch it’s finish, and the screen glass splinters diagonally. This is not the retailer’s fault, but when I take it in for assistance I’m told to drive to San Luis to deal with Apple. I’ve since become aware this is a sign of flawed workmanship in adherence of the glass to the digitizer/LCD unit and should be warrantied. This was not of great help and I’m unsure why I would again purchase from a «premium retailer» which cannot offer service the moment after you sign a contract. I will go to Apple in San Luis and continue going to Apple in San Luis, not Phone and Wireless in Paso Robles. Gave them a second chance after being not-so-impressed at their previous location on 13th.
