We love them. They are sadly closed way to early which is my biggest complaint. And they stopped using really parm cheese. But otherwise service and food is always delicious. They know me by my pita order.

I tried this for the first time a couple weeks ago, and it was very good. They apparently deliver, and I had brought home a delivery menu. We decided to order tonight, and the whole family spent time deciding exactly what they wanted on their pitas. I called to place an order for 7 pitas, and was told, «sorry, we aren’t delivering right now.» Well sorry, you just lost my business.

Was not able to get service. I went in during business hours and no one came to take my order. There where loud bells on the front door and I tried to get someone’s attention. I could even hear people talking in the back somewhere. Left after 5 mintues.

Gyro is delicious. Services is nice. It’s a healthier choice and the food is good. I’d choose it over any greasy burger any day.

The young kids that work there are the WORST when it comes to customer service! Wow it’s unreal the amount of attitude they give out! Never will they get my business and it seems to be normal from what I’ve read on other Unilocal posts. I walk in the door and immediately they act annoyed that I even walked through the door, I’m sorry that I just want to give you money in exchange for a pita?

I really like Pita Pit. However, the attitude from the young lady behind the counter was unreal. I ordered the souvlaki. Out of souvlaki… So how bout the philly? Out of philly too… Ok, how bout buffalo chicken? Good to go! She was unapologetic and acted as if she would rather I drop dead than ask for food. Even when trying to give the benefit of the doubt, she acted as if I was pestering her by walking through the door. I am a pretty easy going person and normally would just let it ride. But, I wonder how poorly run this location must be to have such miserable employees. Perhaps she is a horrible person, but my guess is her work environment is less than ideal. Piece of advice… Move along!!! Nothing to see here.

Not a good idea to eat fast food every day but the pitas here get the job done. I had the falafel and my boyfriend had the chicken caesar. It was cheap, fast and good for the convenience. We would go back.

I stopped in on a trip through pasco. The prices are reasonable, the food is delicious and the service was great. I had the turkey wrap which was just over 6 bucks. I was surprised the place wasn’t busier since I stopped in during the lunch hour and there was only a few other people inside. Definitely not complaining about the lack of a crowd, though. I wish my hometown had some healthier options like this instead of having a mcdonalds on every street corner.

I had the chicken souvlaki pita. It was fine, I certainly wasn’t disgusted, but three stars implies I’ll be back, which I probably won’t. It was just a little pricy for what I felt like was very little flavor. I’m definitely not a hater, just a meh-er.

Love this place! While, yes, as other reviewers have said sometimes the servers have been friendly, and others not so much, the food has always been great. Our favorites are the spicy black bean, and the chipotle sauce. Even tho another Pita place has opened in Kennewick, we still drive to Pasco, because we like the food here better. Great hummus, babaganoush, too. Thanks for the vegan and vegetarian options!(They also have pineapple and the other pita place does not.) Keep up the good work!

Really friendly, and really upbeat. Lovin’ that. Something that is not your everyday burger. Lovin’ that. All kinds of unique sauces and veggies to throw on your wrapped up goodness. Lovin’ that. Overall, Pita Pit brings something new to the table and does it with a smile. I do wish they were a bit cheaper, but prices are going up all around so I guess I will just have to accept that. I had my first gyro in Philadelphia, and these guys measure up to the old school model, but I would not dare utter the«a»(authentic) word since I am not steeped in what real Greek food should taste like. If you are on Road 68 and cannot bear to stomach McYucky again, go get you some Pita Pit.

I haven’t written a review for Pita Pit yet? For realz?! Guess not. Anyway, the Pita Pit is a Subway style pita joint… that’s the best way I can describe it. Every pita is made to order. They have some cool stuff like the gyro and souvlaki, as well as regular stuff like turkey pitas and ham pitas. The stuff is usually pretty good. The gyro isn’t perfect, but at what other semi-fast food joint can you get one. The souvlaki is also pretty good, but the chicken was pretty chewy. The service literally depends on who you get. One person can be really cool, while the person next to them can be an uninterested slacker and vice-versa. The price is on the higher side for quasi-fast food.

Oh Pita Pit, how I love thee! It does have a subway-style setup where you order your basic pita and add toppings as desired. However, they have many many choices of meat or veggie pitas and lots of sauces. They also have a ‘local pita’ on the board that changes every so often. I love it because it’s healthy(you can look up nutritional info on their website) and tasty, and if you go after seeing a movie at the theaters closeby(the Fairchild?) you can get a deal of buy one large combo meal, get one half off. I have to say I’m a sucker for the chicken souvlaki pita with hummus, tzatziki sauce, and various veggies. I love it so much that’s all I get. :)

I have to give this little joint off of Road 68 some props for being the only place in the Tri-Cities where one can get some falafel(unless you make it yourself… something I tried with mixed results). But yeah, the set-up is Subway-esque with all the ingredients at the counter and in front of you, and the staff will walk you through your creation. I went with the Falafel & baba ganoush spread in a wrap. I went with many of the other common ingredients inside as well, but one variance was the pineapple(I’m a sucker for mixing fruit with anything). My wrap was pretty darn good. I was content knowing I had a place to get my falafel fix! The staff here were super nice. Answered questions I had, told me little about their business, and hooked me up with some decent grub. They have an extensive vegetarian menu and they also deliver.

Im giving it a 3. I hate giving it a 3 because I thought the staff here was very friendly. But hi, where did the taste go? Someone forgot to add flavor to the Pitas. I was pretty let down. A bland pita is going to cost you. My Pita was dry, bland, and spendy. Not a good mix.

The good: they have a separate vegetarian menu, so it’s really easy to know what’s what without asking a crap-load of questions. They(apparently) deliver… I’m thinking I will test this for an upcoming Rock Band night. That bad: it is bland and non-traditional. The falafel was not nearly as good as the version that I make at home or buy anywhere else, but it’ll get me through a craving without exerting effort. They also don’t automatically put that delicious tahini sauce on it. On top of that, they asked me if I wanted pineapple on my falafel! Say what?!? As if that wasn’t enough, it’s kinda pricey too. For a place that bills itself with pita in it’s name, it’s as bad as your average store-bought pita. If they make their own, they suck at it. The Greek-style pitas at Safeway are WAY better. Definitely go Greek if you want yourself some bitchin’ pita bread.
