I’ve had nothing but good things to say about Graze. I recommend them to everyone. I have always enjoyed the food there. However, today I was totally disappointed. I called 6 kids meals with turkey and cheese sandwiches. I asked for them to be grilled. I asked specifically three times if it is anymore. I was told no three times. She said it’s the same price. I went to pick up my order and I was charged .50 cents extra each sandwich so $ 3 more. I told the«manager» that I had spoken to the person taking the order and was told I wouldn’t be charged. She kept saying, you ordered extra cheese so you will be charged. I said can’t you take off the $ 3 because I was told specifically I wouldn’t be charged more. She said no that is not going to happen and I would be charged the extra. I asked it she could give me a credit so I can use it next time and she said no. She kept saying I ordered extra cheese! I did not order extra cheese ever! I was so frustrated with the lack of customer service and understanding, I decided to cancel my order in full. So disappointing because I was looking forward to taking my kids to a picnic lunch with Graze. I asked to talk to the manager and she said I am the manager. I told her I would like to talk with the owner. They weren’t available so I left my name and number. I’m not sure I’ll ever go back because of the way that I was treated. Disappointing it’s over $ 3.

I first had their sandwiches at an event that was catered. I went to the restaurant a couple times and enjoyed my meals. The next visits were OKAY seems like the quality or service had gone down or were not consistent. So I haven’t really been back since, but I would probably eat there again.

Ordered the lemongrass salad only to find a large chunk of mud in the bottom of my bowl. I thought my salad had a grainy texture to it but didn’t think much of it until I found the chunk of mud in the bottom of the bowl. The chunk was a little larger than a nickel. When I went to show an employee, her response was«sorry bout that.» There was nothing genuine about it at all. No offer for a refund, or another salad on them another time, nothing. I would have spent a lot of money here just on salads alone so probably a good thing I will never give this place my business again.

Great, healthy food and some of the friendliest staff I’ve had the pleasure of being served by in the Tri Cities! My favorite place to eat for a quick lunch!

This has become one of my favorite lunch stops while visiting the Tri-Cities! Sandwiches are big and flavorful. I usually order the BLT which is not on the menu, or panini. Salads are good, as is the vinaigrette dressing. The line is usually long during lunch, but it goes quick enough.

I was looking for a light lunch and decided to give this place a try. When you walk into this location it is cleaned and minimally decorated. The menu is located above the register and easy to read. They offer salads, cold sandwiches, and hot sandwiches. On this particular visit I decided to go with the cold steak sandwich and a sparkling cucumber drink. The sandwich comes on sliced sourdough. There is a little bit of mayonnaise fresh lettuce, roasted and pickled bell pepper, generous portion of steak, provolone cheese, and chimichurri sauce. The combination of the pickled pepper and the chimichurri against the saltiness of the cheese and the steak made it a perfect balance. The bread was fresh it wasn’t overly dressed with mayonnaise or chimichurri. Overall I think this was one of my very favorite sandwiches in a long time. I decided to go with the house salad instead of the chips. The salad was fresh it was very basic but with the flavorful sandwich you really didn’t need much more. The lettuces were crispy and not overly dressed. V cucumber sparkling water was very good and went perfectly with my sandwich. It had a very refreshing cucumber flavor and the zestiness of a sparkling water. It didn’t say it had 11 carbs from sugar which was surprising because it wasn’t sweet at all. Definitely a great drink for a hot day like today. The service was efficient and it was friendly. The one thing that was odd was the staff was speaking very loudly from the kitchen and that was a little bit distracting. They weren’t saying anything outrages but were probably a little bit louder than they needed to be. I don’t live in the area so I’m bummed that this isn’t my standard lunch spot. I would love to have something like this in my neighborhood where I can go get a healthy lunch, a big salad, or just a comfy place to work. But when in town, I will certainly return!

First time here. Came because its got almost 5 stars and we wanted to try something new. Definitely was not disappointed. Flank steak torta and the Jack. Both are absolutely delicious! Little disappointed that they don’t offer a selection of chips, but the side salad with champagne dressing? So, so good. This will definitely become a regular spot of ours. Hours aren’t great for our work life, but days off will see us here for lunch! Don’t pass this place up! Great price for FANTASTIC food!

A clean, fresh, and modern take on a sandwich shop. The salads are pretty massive. The sandwiches have super fresh ingredients and generous portions. I really like spice of the Bahn Mi, and the Cobb Salad are both super quality foods. This is the type of place where fill up and still feel healthy. It can get pretty busy during the lunch hour and dining in can be difficult. These means the restaurant gets a little mess along the way. I’d recommend purchasing a drink because the water for the free cups of water is warm and plastic tasting. Otherwise a great and mostly healthy option.

It’s okay food. It seems a bit overpriced. I had the sexy time sandwich(I despise the name). It was too salty and barely had any onions on it. Portions are on the small side. It wasn’t bad though. The service time was reasonable. I’ve had better, but I’d come back again.

Pretty and aesthetic, some people are nice others are rude. But the sandwiches don’t taste as amazing as they should for the price.

This isn’t any ordinary sandwich place — they super fancy. Get the turkey avocado bacon panini. It sounds ordinary but for some reason this sandwich is REALLY good. It’s probably because of the perfect crisp of the sandwich along with the sea salt on top. I’d also recommend the pulled pork torta sandwich if you’re feeling a heavier sandwich.(Although the Cobb salad had all fresh ingredients, it was just meh. Pastrami sandwich was also just meh.) The food, atmosphere, and fact that this place uses all farm fresh ingredients makes this place a high quality star establishment! You can also stop by the local coffee shop a few stores down for a nice hot drink to pair with your sandwich on a cold day. One of the best lunches I’ve had in a while!

Great choice for some lighter fare. This is the sort of place you can eat at and not feel guilty or terrible, or terribly guilty. They have a wide variety of salads, cold sandwiches, hot sandwiches, and paninis. I went with the pulled pork torta. First, let’s talk portion size. In my opinion it was the perfect size. Intimidating at first, but left me feeling full, satisfied, and not ripped off. And amazingly not bogged down afterwards. Taste time: No doubt about, it was a quality sandwich. The torta bread came out nicely toasted for that added crunch. The pulled pork was marinated in a delicious chipotle sauce and topped with generous amounts of pepper jack cheese, avocado, not too spicy jalapenos, and cilantro. If I’m going to put on my critical Unilocaler hat, I felt the pork could’ve been a little more tender. It doesn’t really stack up the the authentic, hole in the wall Mexican torta joints, but I don’t think it’s trying to either. This is a much lighter, approachable take on the sandwich. It’s still quality either way. It’s all served in a very cool and casual modern, rustic, farm to table atmosphere. Definitely a refreshing change from the typical gut bomb, restaurant BS. I’d happily go back.

I have been here a few times now, due to it’s great location, hours, and selection. Healthy, fresh made food, open faced kitchen(balsey in any food location, coming from a restaurant worker), delicious, in season food, never a mushy tomato or sprout. Very good quality, price, and feeling later. (My Mother loved it too.) ;)

You have to dig a bit to find great independent bites in the Tri Cities, but Graze on Gage is worth it. I have eaten here twice and both times provided quick friendly creative meals. This time I had the flank steak sandwich. it was delicious. A fair amount of flavorful beef, a delicious chimichuri, mild peppers, lots of tasty cheese on thin sliced fresh artisans bread. it came with a side salad, it too was just right. great food, fair prices. try it soon and often.

If I lived here, I’d eat here all the time. Not only did they make me a sandwich that wasn’t on their menu, it’s one of the best BLTs I ever had. It looked wholesome, colorful, hearty, and dare I say, healthy. Then I ate it, and it was all those things minus the healthy. The cheese. The bacon. The soft yet crunchy bread. The LT, and the buttery oil that just melted into everything. I could see this place doing especially well in Seattle or PDX. Especially if it was in an older, more unique building!
