Good pizza and atmosphere for adults to watch the game on tv and kids to play arcade games.

I came here for the lunch buffet. Its available 11 – 2, Monday — Friday. I arrived at 11:10 and I was the second customer for the lunch buffet. The Manager asked what kind of pizza I wanted as they start making the pizza as customers come in, so it would stay fresh. The salad bar looked ehh, typical. Some of the lettuce didn’t look too great, so I got spinach and potato salad. The fried chicken was delicious. Crispy, hot, juicy and flavorful. The Mojo potatoes were on spot. There was also mac n cheese, pasta, mashed potatoes and gravy and veggies. By 11:30 there pizza line was full. Pepperoni, sausage, hawaiian, chicken and bacon, many varieties of pizza and cheesy breadsticks. The place was clean and employees were quick to remove your dirty plates. Note, if you come during lunch time, it can get busy. By noon, the place was packed and full of people. but everytime i went to the buffet line, the food was pretty much filled. A lot of pizza to go around.

Best pizza on earth. I stopped here when I was moving from Washington to Texas. I got the pepperoni, chicken and mojos deal. Best pizza, chicken and tater’s on earth! I wish they could fedex the food to me, as I am now about a 15 hour drive from the nearest Shakeys. I stopped here on a Friday night, and there was a huge(like 15 people at least) number of people waiting in line to order. But the line moved fast, and the food got out quickly, so don’t let a long line scare you away. This particular Shakey’s has the biggest game room of any Shakey’s I’ve ever been to, so great for kids too. The first pizza chain, and still(to my mind) the best.

The pizza is subpar. The last time we went they brought us the wrong order. Half of the games were broken. It was very hot back in the Gane room. Their was only one machine to count tickets because the other machine was broken too. Surprise. Won’t be back. Also very spendy!

The pizza is very good however the only thing that I do not like is that they don’t have the buffet longer because during the week not everyone is able to get off at 2:30 and go have a buffet at Shakey’s so when the buffet stops the prices get more expensive which is the only downside to this restaurant! Other than that the prices for the buffet is reasonable the food taste great and the arcade is fun for kids!

I’d give one star if it weren’t for the kid-friendly atmosphere. I would love this place if I were a six year old with undeveloped taste buds and an obsession with arcade games. But I’m not. I’m a traveling adult and made the mistake of not turning around as soon as I stepped foot in this place. Hunger will do that to you. Overly sweet pizza sauce, mediocre toppings, subpar salad bar, and no service whatsoever after I received my food and drink.

Mediocre food would be ok if the service was good, unfortunately the only good service is from the servers. Management is rude and punitive. Take your family somewhere else.

Had dinner there the other night while traveling through the area. I had the personal pizza and salad bar, the salad bar was decent and the pizza was good but nothing special. Looks like a good place to take lots of kids or large groups. They have lots of games in the arcade to entertain then kids.

The food was good, the service was great. The girl at the front desk made me feel welcome and throughout my time there people checked to see if i needed anything else. Ill continue to come here because im treated so well.

I’m not big on incredibly loud places, but I was going for a kids birthday so it wasn’t about me. When I got up to go to the salad the salad bar was missing quite a few key ingredients. When I say missing the crew hadn’t refilled the croutons, olives and carrots on a Saturday afternoon when they were packed. I ordered a large pizza to take home for my husband and sat back down with my party and waited. 45 minutes later I had to get up and ask where my order was, their reply«oh it’s been sitting here for 20 minutes and by the way we didn’t have any large pans so we gave you two mediums.» The only redeeming thing from my visit is that an employee helped me carry the food out since I already had arms full of kids and more. The food is okay, but for $ 30 not worth it. I also ordered the«garlic» cheese sticks, and either they forgot the garlic or it’s false advertising because they were just greasy cheese bread. I can get the same thing at little Caesars for $ 5.

So happy to see Shakey’s is back and just as I remembered! Love the pizza and the Chicken. Is a nice place to go after the movies around the corner! I recommend!

Wow did the pizza improve from the old Eatsa Pizza. Now when my son wants to play arcade games we go here. Very easy choice from the big arcade joint across the river. With the worst pizza in town I might add.

I walked into an incredible lunch buffet. The food was hot, fresh, and abundant in an incredible atmosphere. A few things the buffet consisted of were pizza, fried chicken breasts, chicken wings, pasta, desert pizza, and of course salad. The atmosphere is clean with a bar and a game center for the kids. I remember Shakey’s from when I was a kid and remember loving it then. Their new revamped old time pizza is back!

I grew up in the Seattle area and used to frequent Shakey’s Pizza Parlor in Lynnwood all the time… It was always the best pizza. When I saw that a new Shakey’s pizza had opened in Tri-Cities I was totally pumped! My wife and I eagerly stopped in for dinner. This place was«upgraded» from Eatza Pizza, which was a total buffet style place. Not anymore… well, sort of… Shakey’s still does the buffet during the lunch hour. The positive is that the new décor is awesome!!! MUCH better than the old place. The restaurant looks fantastic. Like a pub! I love the styling with the old Little Rascals movies playing on a big screen(although I wish the audio could be heard) and then TV’s all around(including one big screen) playing sports games. The wood floors around the pizza bar looks great along with the checkerboard tile on the wall. Very cool looking place indeed! Now to the food… First, the pizza… Good! For some reason not quite a good as I remember from Seattle, but I’m not gonna be too picky about that as it’s been a lot of years since I’ve been there(still I always remembered the original Shakey’s as being simply awesome pizza… This wasn’t «awesome» but it was still good). I enjoyed the pizza. The crust is wonderful and the sauce just right, not too heavy; However, it was very light on cheese. Also, my wife and I much prefers a thicker crust and we ordered the regular(I wasn’t even thinking about it when I ordered). Oh well, we’ll give that a try next time. As for the chicken strips, not so spectacular there, but still better than some places we’ve frequented. The chicken wasn’t dry or flavorless, but it was also pretty average. Nothing that makes you go, «Wow! Now that’s chicken!» Kids won’t complain. Now, the Mojos that come with the strips are excellent! In case you’re asking what a Mojo is, it’s basically the same as a JoJo, except in slices instead of the normal potato wedge. Really, really good! The breading was light and the flavor excellent. The service was also decent. Our server was very attentive. He made sure our drinks were full and stopped by regularly to see how we were doing. That having been said, a lot of the other staff were standing around like they didn’t have anything to do. Overall, our experience was very good. The prices seemed a little high. $ 20 for a large pizza, which was actually more like a medium. Hard to justify when you get a large specialty deep dish pizza at Pizza Hut for around $ 10 bucks or go to New York Richie’s in Kennewick and get a HUGE large authentic New York-style pizza for the money around the same price as Shakey’s. There’s also a salad bar at Shakey’s but it’s $ 4 for a single trip and $ 6 for unlimited, however, it’s nothing to write home about either. Just a very average salad bar. It’s easy to blow $ 35 for two people here… much more if you’re having drinks too. Eatza Pizza(the previous establishment) at least gave you a lot of other great buffet items that were included with your pizza and most of them were very good). I do miss that, even though the Shakey’s décor and the pizza itself is better. Maybe not as good as the Shakey’s I remember, but still good. :) Overall, Shakey’s is a really nice place! A very nice improvement over the previous Eatza Pizza, which was boring to look at and had only average pizza. We like it! :) We’ll give it another shot.

Shakeys was a great memory from my childhood, as well as all family and friends. It was in Chehalis wa. The best pizza you could imagine. It is the pizza we all judge other pizzas on, even though it was 30 years ago. It is now a lost art and a true tragedy. They have changed everything. The cheese was non existant on the pizza. The mojos were average. The chicken was unremarkable, other than Banquet chicken, believe it or not, is better. The blue cheese and ranch were flavorless and watery. I am truely saddened that they managed to ruin such a great restraunt, by going the same route as all other restraunts. Cheep, cheep, cheep, for not cheep. We already have tons of gross pizza restaurants, some of which in a pinch, I will go to first. What a bummer.

I visited Shakey’s to attend a birthday party. We just ordered a large pizza. It was on the pricey side $ 18 two-topping and $ 1.79 fountain drink, but that’s typical for this type of restaurant. We were really looking forward to having pizza that evening, but we were disappointed. The sauce was too sweet for our taste and not nearly enough cheese. Our kids had a lot of fun running around in the game area. But it is noticeably small especially when you get a small crowd of people in there. They’ve tried to cater to adults with tv screens and beer that is available. The place was ok, but for the money we’d rather eat some place else.

Real and to the point. You will be forced to go here for a birthday… They have beer(+1 star)… They have good potatos(+1 star)… they have ok pizza on par with fast food pizza(+½ star)… They have ok chicken(+½ star). Not the Shakeys I remember eating when I was younger. It’s also not consistent quality. Avoid the pan pizza if you can.

Pizza was pretty good but a little pricey. Thin crust which I like, sauce was a little sweet, didn’t care for it much. Had some mojo’s, very good, I’d recommend them.

We have only been once and it was horrible! I would rather go to chuck e. cheese’s in kennewick. The staff wasn’t very organized and they forgot our tokens… the lines to cash in your tickets was like 15 people long. One of their machines was broken so it took forever to count your tickets. Plus there was cups and food all over the floor… It was a bad experience all around… and it was a thursday!
