Mr. Villareal and his staff are Awesome, Best dental office in Pasadena. Mr. Villareal referred us to the Best orthodontist for our daughter. Mr. Villareal is old school, he pulls wisdom teeth out fast and you don’t even feel it. Staff is always friendly, office is nice and clean.

As a child i was traumatized by a dentist and for that reason i avoid going to one at all times. my husband scheduled appointment for me because i was experiencing pain. they got me in that same day. i was so afraid going in. once i got there tho, everyone was so friendly and understanding. Dr. V, is so gentle and understanding. i just love him. they took amazing care of me and made sure i was comfortable. Dr V. is the only dentist i will go to from now on.

Dr. V has been my family’s dentist for the past 13 years. He is such a great and thorough dentist. His attention to detail is always appreciated. Hygienist Ashley is a personal favorite as she always gives me that extra deep cleaning that I so thoroughly enjoy!

So we settled on Dr. Villarreal after a referral from a friend — we used to take our stepson to this huge place on Lake where he had horrific experiences. Now, we’re ok with dentists — I mean lets be serious — it can never be a true joy to go to a dentist.
Anyway, I came back after like a 6 year absence (yeah, I’m bad). In fact, my wife had to book me using cancellation fill-​ins (if you’re a procrastinator, by all means call them for this option. They’ll call you to fill you into a canceled spot.)
Fortunately, no cavities — Dr. Villarreal didn’t give me a whole lot of hassles, even though I did get a gentle reminder to return every six months. With the new technology, the X-​rays weren’t so uncomfortable either.
I did have to have two cleanings. But I did get a really nice hygienist — I can’t remember her name — Heather maybe? Anyway, she was nice, courteous and somewhat bubbly. So the act of having your teeth cleaned is never fun, it makes a huge difference to have a pleasant person doing the work for you. It helps that she has pretty eyes to look at.
So I recommend these folks. And go every six months like they tell you so that you don’t have to deal with double cleanings.
