Terrible, terrible coffee. Asked for a flavored latte and it was saturated with so much syrup that I had to ask them to make a new one. The remade one still had an awful and strange taste, like something in it had gone bad. I threw it away, then went to Starbucks and bought a drinkable coffee. The wasted beverage cost $ 5.50…

Just waited ages with only a couple of people ahead of me for a hardly warm coffee. Not good!

This looked great from the outside, but the service was poor and behind the counter was a mess! The smoothie was very watery. Great location, but I probably won’t return

While across the street at the California Book Fair, we decided to head out to eat. The food inside the Pasadena Civic Center didn’t look appetizing and you had to pay separate for everything(burger alone was $ 8.00). Right across the street is this place. It’s a sandwich/coffee shop. We ordered the pizza, it was $ 8.00 for a 10 inch pizza. It was plenty for two. It was anything special but it served its purpose. The place looked a little dirty. All in all I only spent 10.00 bucks and we had a nice lunch on the outdoor patio. Don’t forget to validate your parking!

THISPLACEISNOTOPENTILLMIDNIGHT. I live locally and have stopped by on so many occasions(usually late afternoon) to find them closed. SOFRUSTRATING! When I do catch them open, the citrus tea and wifi make it a great study spot.

Looks like a good hangout spot and alternative to that other big coffee chain. Had their seasonal Almond Horchata(hot) and have been craving it ever since. Would definitely go back if I’m at Paseo again.

Me and a friend had an event to attend across the street and wanted to grab a quick sandwich and coffee. It took 40 minutes for a simple turkey and cheese sandwich and 2 lattes! Starbucks would have been a better choice.

They are ok… not sure if they are still Tom n Toms or Exhibition R, but their coffee is not that bad and you can get the validation for the Paseo Colorado Parking… and the large space gives me some relief when my little one starts to make noises…

Spent most of a day in here preparing for a conference talk at the convention center across the street. I figured if I went to Starbucks, it would be crowded and loud all day so I came here instead and I’m confident that I made the right call. They get crowded right at lunch time, but otherwise it’s pretty empty which is AWESOME if you want a place to work. Got a latte and it was good. Got a breakfast sammy and it was fine, but not something to go out of your way for. What really wins me over for this place is that it’s such a good work environment. There’s no music playing, the tvs are on mute, and it’s not crowded. So if you need to get s**t done, you can do it here. Summary: Nice latte, free wifi, quiet, great work environment.

This location is clean, very quiet, and the décor is adorable. It is right across the street from the Auditorium of the City of Pasadena. I ordered a Matcha Ice Blended for $ 5 and it is the best ever! Sweet, aromatic, and the perfect amount of ice crystals in it to crunch on while you sip it! Highly recommended.

Closed for over a year and a half! This place is now called Exhibit R although they have signs that clearly say Tom N Toms. I’m confused. But that’s what I’ve been told while standing in front of a Tom N Toms sign in the café.

For some reason, every time I come here(weekend early afternoons), the selection of pastries or other edibles is severely lacking. Either they’ve run out of the item or the item looks like it’s been sitting out for too long. So, I haven’t been able to try any of their food, one day the stars will align and something will look appetizing and I’ll try it. The coffee is A-Ok and the cappuccino is A-Ok. Thus, the A-Ok rating. If I’m looking for really good coffee, this isn’t the place I would go to, however, if I’m looking for a place with a lot of seating and wi-fi, so I can do some work outside of the office, this place is great! Located on the back side of Paseo(Green Street) in the same space as Exhibit R. Parking either on the street(metered) or in the garage.

Came here on a Friday afternoon for a quick snack and a drink wanted to get pretzels and croissants which were listed on the menu however the server behind the counter was very angry and just at said nothing on this menu is available we are all out. This was really disappointing ended up getting a small lemonade that too was a minute maid fountain drink and got charged $ 2.49 for just a small minute maid lemonade. Will never go here again. Workers are really angry, doesn’t look like they want to be there also place was really hot lacked A/C on a 98 degrees day and place smelled of rotting meat.

Korean Starbucks! The plain yogurt blizzard/snow bubble type drink was very lightly flavored. The hot taro latte tasted like a marshmallow, though, which was good. The service was fairly quick, and is a good location for where we were working IMATSLA.

Great service! Our server, Hannah, was very nice and friendly. I tried the java chip tom-n-ccino and my friend tried the sesame-flavored one, both were pretty good. There is a wide array of options on their drink menu and I liked the ample seating/tables provided. I would come back again!

I came here early in the morning and had an excellent hot mocha. Service is great, prices a bit lower than Starbucks and the coffee is excellent. Like the vibe and interior, great to sit down and relax, read, get some work done or catch up with friends. Excellent chain, glad they are now all over LA!

If you are looking for a cool independent coffee shop, this isn’t it. The positive, because I prefer to start with the positive, is that there is plenty of food like paninis and sandwiches, and sweets along with coffee. The negative, is that the coffee is no different than any other large brand coffee shop. If I am going to pay a higher price, I like to support the small coffee shops. When I have the time to enjoy a good coffee, I liketo experiment. You won’t have bad coffee here, and it gets the job done, however, don’t expect a little mom and pop shop. Expect a big brand with another name put on it.

Anybody who gave this place more than 1 star was not rating it on their quality of coffee, food or service. I came here to grab a quick drink and it took awhile for me to get service, even though I was in line and there were 4 – 5 people behind the counter. When I finally ordered, the person was laughing and talking to his co-worker in the background, and no surprise that he got my order wrong when he repeated it. I don’t remember whether I got the regular cappuccino or their house toms cappuccino, but whatever it was, it tasted like a watered down, decaffeinated unflavored latte infused with nonfat milk. And I paid $ 3.75 for it. Their matcha green tea slush was decent but it was bland and barely filled to the top. And I paid $ 5 for that. I looked around and noticed a bunch of students studying, neither drinking nor eating, so I think this place is barely hanging on by a thread from these possible regulars that buy an item or two and stay there all night. But without them, I honestly don’t see how this place would survive. Despite the convenience, I will not be coming back.

I’ve heard the words: «Tom n Toms» thrown around a lot, but until this past Sunday, the only Toms I’ve experience were the shoes. I was so excited to finally be able to try something from them, but was a bit disappointed. I was a little hesitant to order any of their special TomNccino’s so I settled on the medium Cappuccino(hot). It was… just okay. I was not blown away by the coffee, nor was I too inspired to immediately try anything else on the menu. I didn’t feel like the coffee used was of unique or amazing quality. Maybe this is because they were opened beyond their regular hours(due to the Art Festival). The people who worked there also seemed exhausted… the young man who made my drink looked like he didn’t want to be there at all. When my boyfriend met up with me at the Paseo a bit later and said he wanted to get coffee, I took him to Copa Vida instead(a few blocks away, toward Old Town). Overall, my first time at Tom n Toms didn’t garner any excitement for me to want to return. 2 stars for the coffee itself, plus 1 star for the convenient location(in Pasadena’s Paseo). For now, I’ll stick to the Toms on my feet.

We were leaving the Pasadena Chalk Festival and I saw a Tom n Toms! I’ve been to the Little Tokyo location several times and love their iced Sweet Potato Lattes. This latte is not to everyone’s taste. I just happen to like anything with a sweet potato flavor. My husband took one sip and went, «Bleah!» I was a bit disappointed. My latte from here was a bit grainy. Not what I was used to from the LT location. Ah well. I did note that the tables are more spread out here though. But none of those semi-private glass booths like at the other location. Too bad. Those booths are great!
