I waited for 16 minutes to make a simple appointment with one of the doctors. The operator picked up over 3 times and after each answer they put me on hold again!!! It’s very disrespectful! Just ask for a number and call back! Apparently they have no respect for their patients or anyone for that matter! Don’t bother calling unless you have time to waste in your day!

Dr. Petit was extremely thorough and friendly in explaining what may be the cause of my gastro symptoms. He was able to quickly identify the causes and ways to test and rule out any further, more serious complications. Hospitals and medical professionals are generally off putting and I always do what I can to avoid them, but I’m glad I decided to see Dr. Petit. He worked on Christmas Eve and maintained a sense of holiday cheer.
