Top notch! Jared, Michael, Charles, and all team members here are amazing! The service really DOES set them apart from their competitors. I had a tricky situation with my phone, and this team was«all hands on deck» making sure they found a quick solution. Before choosing to work with them, I called 5 nearby Verizon stores(some corporate, some not), and based on the professionalism and confidence of the Associates(I knew there would be a huge hiccup with my phone), I easily chose this store. Very glad I did! They went above and beyond!

This store is not a true Verizon store, it is a franchise service outlet. They have repeatedly lied to us about cost and insurance plans. We went there last weekend to have one of our phones replaced that was on the insurance plan. They told us there was a 200 deductible. THEN they told us we should never keep the insurance after a few months because your upside down. They suggested they would have to call us because the entire network was down and they couldn’t see our account. When my wife called later that evening, she was told nobody could call because they were SLAMMED. HOWEVER!!! That the best thing to do would be to pay off the old phone, and then upgrade rather than claim the insurance. After speaking to a neighbor who suggested they had had VERY. Bad experiences… We went to the Verizon store near Golf Mill. We were in and out in 5 minutes. Our certified new phone arrived today. 0.00 cost We Had Insurance LIARSANDCHEATSTHESEPEOPLEARE!

Great workers with lots of knowledge and expertise! I had quite a few issues with getting a new phone. I seriously tried about 7 times and i NEVER walked out of a store with a new phone. There were some deep issues that were keeping me from getting a new IPhone. I started to get extremely frustrated. No store seemed to be able to help me. No one could get me farther than«It says we can not upgrade your phone even though you are due for an upgrade». Until I met Charles at this store… Now, spoiler alert, I didn’t get my new phone at this store. But Charles went out of his way to dig extremely deep into my situation and figure out what was happening. The first time I stopped in, he got me a few steps farther than other stores had got. So I started to get excited! But then boom… another issue and I couldn’t get my phone. But I had somewhere to be so I had to leave. But I came back about a week later and he helped me get a phone number I needed to resolve my issue! So I left the store(had to be somewhere yet again) and dealt with this new number. I finally got conformation that i was able to get a new phone! I was in a mall at the time i was notified so I just went to the Verizon store in the mall and go my new phone. But because of Charles help I was able to get my new phone and get onto a new plan! Ever need help or ANYTHING related to verizon go here!

This particular Verizon store has knowledgeable as well as friendly, helpful staff. I am in there quite frequently because I’m a little technically challenged and they are always willing to help! Never with a sigh, or a roll of the eyes!!! Also been in there when people have been angry, yelling, and NOTHAPPY! The staff especially Jarrod has been calm, professional and managed to work through the customers complaints! Definitely only Verizon store to go to!

I have been coming to this store now for 2 years for all my phone needs. The staff is great especially Jared. He is very knowledgeable and willing to assist. I have 5 lines so I am in there often. service is much better than at corporate Verizon stores. They will also get you best deal for you.

The Verizon store in Park Ridge on NWHY is awesome! I had to purchase two new phones which were very badly damaged. Not to mention was told that i would loose all my photos and contacts… But Jordan, the service rep, at this location came to the rescue. He not only was very experienced with providing me all the information I needed about my phones but did everything in his power to save my contacts and pictures. I highly recommend this store for the service and the knowledge about phones… Thank you to the whole store… You all rock… Go see Jordan at the Verizon store on NWHY if you need a phone…

The customer service at this store is what sets it apart from the others. They are accommodating and extremely patient in dealing with multi-lines. Jared was great!

Be careful this is not a Verizon Corporate Store it’s an authorized dealer. In my experience their fees and policies are different from an official Verizon store.

Was planning on only having a one person contract(for myself) our very nice salesmen but pushy told us it would be cheaper for two people to be on a contract. He threw in a free iPhone for my mother and told us it was a free replacement warranty. When I went in later I found out there was a $ 125 dollar down payment in order to get a new phone. I felt mislead and all the hidden fees get very annoying I have been with verizon for a few months and I’ve been experiencing what I have been warned about.
