Come here for dessert after dinner at Park steakhouse across the street all the cool kids are doing it. The vanilla soft serve is not as tasty as Rita’s. But they can chocolate dip it.

Just barely worth the slow service and gaggle of loud, annoying children running around like rats for some tasty ice cream. Wish I could attach an audio clip of the mayhem at 9pm on a Friday night. This is why I don’t own any kids!

So excited to have a DQ so close to home! Best ice cream ever, and absolutely love the décor! Staff is cheerful and add to the fun experience of going out for an ice cream treat. The cakes are beautiful and creative and it’s my go to place for any celebration. Clean and colorful, one of my all time fave ice cream joints around :)

Ok the good first. Place is clean, staff friendly and cheerful. The bad. They could use better management. Eg I was in kine fir 20 minutes with only 56 ppl ahead of me. All I wanted was an icecream cone. It wod. have been more efficient to ring up the sales and hand out the shakes as they are done and have one person man the icecream freezer so items that can be delivered fast should not take long. If they get the act together this will be a cool place. I know my kids beg us to take them to DQ all the time.

I should call this place Dairy Amnesia because every time I go here I always end up disappointed and claim«NEVERAGAIN!» Capitalizing on the pumpkin craze, Dairy Queen didn’t have to work too hard to get me into the store with the promise of a pumpkin pie blizzard. Sadly, what I ended up with was a bunch of pumpkin flavored sift serve and very little pie. I don’t know if the employees have been instructed to skimp on the mix ins in order to help boost profit margins but I am not exaggerating when I say I MAYBE had 7 bits of pumpkin pie in a small blizzard. Yeah yeah, first world problems I realize, but this is the 3rd time this has happened. Totally regretting wasting the calories on a lack luster dessert.

Seems Harold L. summed it up pretty well. This is the area’s most inefficient, disorganized, patience-trying Dairy Queen location. Every time I’m here it’s a rigamaroll to get a small vanilla soft serve with some hot fudge! Their Panera-style ordering system(place an order with a cashier & someone ‘on the line’ creates your frozen treat) just doesn’t seem to be working. It’s a vast store with a lot of negative space that could be filled up with seating or something, but instead it’s just filled with confused people standing around waiting for their ice cream. It’s kind of like the DMV of DQs. I literally rather go down the street to 7 – 11 and buy a ChocoTaco. In fact, I might take my own advice & do that next time. If there is a next time –_-.

No adult supervision, 5 confused teens, long lines and only one cashier make this a tough choice for me. I’ll start by saying I went at 7:30pm on a Saturday. The line was almost to the door and no one opened another register. In the few times I’ve been here, I can’t remember seeing anyone over the age of 20 behind the counter. The owners here are very trusting to not have someone in charge. The food is fine but it should be past the point where an employee is confused about a product or how to run a register. I think I’ll ask my wife to go in for us, from now on.

Cleanest, newest DQ around! Super friendly staff and always plenty of staff at your service! Super cool layout and plenty of space to chill and hangout with the entire family. They have outside seating and couches and huge tvs inside as well! It’s an Orange Julius too so you can satisfy your smoothie wants and needs as well. I’ve never seen or experienced a DQ like this! It’s the new age of décor for an American classic! Come and enjoy!
