Boston Market

It’s been a while since I have been able to visit Boston Market. The Boston market I remember had a terrific rotisserie chicken with outstanding flavor. The sides were just as great .
This time around I stopped in at the Boston Market I use to visit very often with my husband. Had a opportunity to go and sit down for lunch. I got the 3 piece dark meat with mash potato with gravy and Mac n cheese and corn bread with a large coke. It seems the great old fashion taste of great Rotisserie is long gone. It was edible but not what I remember. Mac and cheese was cold and watery instead of hot and creamy and mash potatoes were cold and old tasting and the great corn bread they use to make was hard and tasteless
The lady who took my order had zero personality and you can barely understand her. The manager on duty was great up beat warm and friendly. Had great customer service training. Wish the other one would learn from her .
Over all visit and food was ok. Not bad serving wise for the price. Maybe I’ll try another Boston Market not to sure if I’ll come back to this one. Sad to say that. This one had many great memories.

This Boston market is a nice location ok food and nice atmosphere come here to get a quick bite

I order same thing all the time. Chicken pot pie, always good. Never disappointed. If they lined the tin fully with crust it would be a five
Tasty always hot lots of chicken.

The service is good and I used to like the chicken until the introduced that new Tuscan flavor or something. It was not good at all. The sides were just OK.

I’m only writing a review because I thought it was funny to see other reviews for this place. It’s a fast food chain. It’s like rating McDonalds or Wendy’s. as far as fast food goes its in line with all the others.

It’s nice to have a place to go for quick yet REAL food. I had a lunch with my elderly grandmother here yesterday. As we were leaving, my grandmother was struggling to rise to her walker out of her seat. A very sweet employee who was wiping down the table next to us noticed and held the walker steady to help my grandmother. She also noticed I was carrying some take out items without a bag and grabbed one from the counter to give to me. I walked out with the biggest smile on my face, and just want to thank that woman again for her genuine care. It’s so refreshing to see such kindness in people today. So thank you to this establishment for providing some joy in our afternoon — and a delicious meal!

3.5 stars. Very clean. Good service. If you like your Boston Market, this location will not let u down. Sides are always piping hot and perfect. Consistent.

When you don’t want to cook, especially when you have a coupon, this is a fast food place where there is nothing fried, and everything tastes good and wholesome. The consistent quality and good plain food is quite refreshing and reasonably priced. Don’t hesitate to try it.

Good parking, usually not so busy that there’s a long line, so you can generally get your food quickly and get to business. I like that they have signs everywhere saying they’ll clean up, makes it feel better than a fast-​food place, plus the food is enjoyed by the whole family.

I was brought food to me here the other week. It’s a step above a burger king, but it’s not that good imo.

This Boston Market has been in the neighborhood (downtown Montvale /​Park Ridge area) for as long as I can remember, although ownership has changed a couple of times. Like all other Boston Market locations, this place offers quick-​serve food but the quality is a cut above fast food. Service is okay and the place and parking area is kept quite clean. Seating is limited so I would not recommend this place for large groups.
