Jake at the Main St location was great and very knowledgable. I’ll definitely come back here for all of my future ski rentals

would not rent skis from anywhere else. I rarely find a reason to write something on Unilocal as most experiences are not great… but his one was. we pulled in to our home from the airport around 7p.m. and by 9pm that night we have a family of four set up with skis and boots within 30 minutes in our house. they came and picked them up 4 days later within an hours notice… great, easy, nice people and super easy to deal with. picked everything out online and the skis and boots were some of the best I have skied on in my 30 plus years on the slopes!

Nice guys in the business but if you make a reservation give yourself several days otherwise they won’t be able to find it and you’ll end up paying double in deposits.

My first experience with Aloha was good. The guy that helped my family rent skis was great. He was very personable and communicated well. Before I left, I made a point to compliment him on his service. However, it all went downhill during subsequent visits. I went back a few times to buy some things that we had lost/forgotten. The employees were huddled together near the rental equipment. No one was near the register at the front. They made me feel like I was bothering them when I asked if someone could check me out at the register. After two visits with the exact same experience I started shopping elsewhere. Not a big deal, but they definitely have an opportunity to improve things. The employees give off the vibe that they just don’t care and it shows. There are so many other shops to visit and Aloha won’t be getting my business in the future.

Aloha is the absolute best place to go in Park City if you want to rent your gear for the winter season. They have a great variety of merchandise. They’re package deals are great if you need to rent everything, though it can come seperately too. The big bonus is if you go online a few months in advance and book through them, you’ll get over 20% percent off your final sale. They have saved me so much money in the pass. Not to mention that the guys working there are super knowledgable. They know all the best runs for each sport, when the best times to go are… And when I was there last they set me up with a super cheap instructor cuz I always manage to fall on my ass during snowboarding. They are the place to check out in Park City. They have to locations at the resort, one on Main Street, and then one at the Canyons resort. But if you’re looking to snowboard-Canyons is strictly skiing only.
