Staff ignored me when I walked in. After 2 – 3 minutes they acknowledged me and asked me to wait longer. 2 – 3 more minutes and they finally came over. I needed to forward them an email for a label which took all of 2 seconds for me to complete and they should have just waited but… The 2 employees then went in the back and talked for 5 minutes or more. Still waiting for them to come back as I speak. Ugh…
