I had to go to the Fedex ship center because the Fedex shipping service sucks and I had to go pick up my package, but I’m not rating the actual shipping service, I’m rating this particular shipping center.
I walk in, wasn’t really greeted, and it took about 30 seconds for one of the employees to acknowledge me. The person who helped me was extremely nice and patient with me, (as I had to dig through my phone to find the tracking number). I gave her the tracking number, she went in back, grabbed the package, had me sign for it, and gave it to me, and that was it.
The whole process was extremely fast and it only took a couple minutes, which was great since I was late for dinner. It’s also open till about 7 or 8 so the late workers can still get packages after leaving work late.
