Jason reached out to me personally and the issue has been resolved. They covered the repair under warranty and fixed my phone. I am giving them three stars for the inconvenience, I will continue to use Ifix Omaha for all of my phone repair needs!
I use to get all my repairs done by Jason himself before he had a big store. The repairs and service were always fantastic. Since going to the new store in Bellevue (I have been there twice) both time I got a repair a couple weeks after my screen wasn’t set right and the top part pops up. Twice this has caused my screen to cracked when trying to push it back in place. I have asked to get it replaced under warranty it since it is cracked they won’t. It is frustrating because the screen cracks from them not setting the screen back correctly. I’m more than likely taking my elsewhere.

This is, hands down, the best repair shop in town. Employees are quick & efficient, very knowledgeable and friendly. They’ll take care of you if you have a problem, all you have to do is ask, they’re not gonna let you leave dissatisfied. The shop is clean and spacious, and they’ll give you a voucher for a free drink or appetizer at the bar & grill next door while you wait for your repair. There’s always a bunch of discount opportunities, and the work they do there is absolutely top notch, with a lifetime warranty. You’d be a fool to go anywhere else.
