We ate lunch on 02.19. The food qas very good. The service was great, also. Very friendly staff. Menu is great also. Definitely recommend the Noodle House.

I wanted to like Noodle House a lot more, based on the reviews, but it just wasn’t there. While the summer rolls were quite good and held together nicely, the«chicken soup» was a miss. I’ve had a good amount of Phở Ga from the Vietnamese places in Charlotte(yes, we have some good stuff in the Queen City) and I’ve even had it in Paris(the French used to run Viet Nam back in the day), this was not it. The broth was a little weak, the chicken was big pieces(with a large piece of back bone) and instead of fresh basil leaves, I had a big bag of cilantro. Yes, cilantro. What? Oh, and when the kid said«everything’s in there», I believed him. Except the«everything» included the fixings but no spoon or chopsticks. Major fail.

Noodle House is great! It’s my new secret spot. It looks small from the outside, but when you walk in… its pretty spacious. I’ve been here twice already. Went for the first time yesterday and came back today! If you love Vietnamese style noodles, this place is awesome! I will definitely be coming back many more times. Like I said before, its my new secret spot!

I love coming to the noodle house because of the great atmosphere and the great food. My favorite thing to get has to be the soup, it’s always steaming hot and cooked perfectly. I also like the egg rolls; they are to die for and I will always come back for them.

This place has horrible service. And let me tell you, I’m not a picky eater nor am I a difficult customer. I came in with a party of 5, we came in. No one welcomed us or told us where to be seated. We basically sat ourselves. The servers were pretty rude(I had this girl with orange hair) I ordered a bowl of seafood noodle, $ 10. It was pretty expensive, there was barely noodles in there. for it being house of noodles lol and probably 5 shrimps and 2 Quail eggs and some fake crabs. It wasn’t worth it. My sister ordered the rice and chicken. The chicken was pretty bland and the rice was hard as concrete. Please save your money and go somewhere with good food and great service. please. I beg you. Tbh they don’t even deserve a star, if I could, they wouldn’t even have a star.

The food was alright, It’s isn’t authentic Vietnamese food. On a scale of 1 – 10 I give this place a 5.5, The rice is probably the only thing that is edible. The phở didn’t have any flavor mainly msg. Overall the service was good. Like I said before this food is ok, I wouldn’t eat here again or recommended it.

Their phở is great, reasonably priced. But I feel like their drinks are overpriced –it’s weird, coz I never feel that way. Their thai tea is gross, sorry :/I’ve had thai tea everywhere I go that has it and this place probably has the worse thai tea:(it made me sad. At first I thought it was the milk or half & half that they put but no… they changed it three times(no exaggeration) and it was still gross. Three of my friends agreed so it wasn’t just my taste buds. Came back another time for the phở and still ordered thai tea… a TADBIT better, but sorry, It was still gross«/

Well, this place was not my idea of tasty. The portions are enormous, so value is great. The food is another story. The meat was almost tasteless. Noodles were soggy as if they sat in the broth. And the tea was instant. If you are looking for an oddity, check out something else.

Food sucked. Beef noodle soups’ broth was sour! Our waitress was sweet. The cook/owner was a jerk. He yelled at our waitress because she had forgotten about 2 of our orders and tried to deduct those 2 items from our waitresses tip. I was furious! Mistakes happen. I paid for the 2 items and told him he didn’t have to deduct her tip. My uncle found a large price of saran wrap in his bowl. We told the owner and he said he’d deduct it from our bill. No apologize. I don’t think we will be coming back.

Love. This. Place. Don’t judge from the outside… walk in and you’ll see these dudes made a squirrely corner spot into a slick, fresh, airy café. It’s got that chic, happy-vibe style. The manager and servers are congenial and helpful, and will recommend something tasty if you’re unsure of the menu or can’t make up your mind. My PERSONAL favorites are the sliced pork dish or the bahn mi(Vietnamese sub sandwiches), followed by the phở(soup). Wishlist: (1) I do wish the soup broth for the phở were stronger, because I think it would bring this place to the next level. (2) Also, it would be awesome if they’d serve Vietnamese coffee using those little«at the table» drips, with the little cup of sweetened milk and an empty coffee cup(or glass of ice for iced Viet coffee). (3) If they added some variety to their bahn mi(AMAZING Vietnamese sandwiches), and either offered more options or provided rotating toppings, I’d probably be in here every week. Still, everything I’ve had here is über-tasty and worth the trip… in this city, there are very few places serving exciting food, and this place DOESIT, and does it right. I’ll surely be back.

Im a huge fan of phở noodles, and PC has never been able to sustain a restaurant that serves them for any length of time. The Noodle House ROCKS! The restaurant is very clean and stylishly decorated. The food came in a timely fashion and was fresh and well seasoned. The service was a little slow at first, but very friendly. I can’t wait to come back again!

Employees were friendly and knowledgeable and quick to get my order ready for me to go. Super excited to be back. The restaurant was empty but very clean. I love smiling faces so that was a big plus. The food was exactly what I wanted.

We moved down here from Chicago and were eager to find some authentic Vietnamese food. Very happy we tried Noodle House! Excellent food and service! I had a large order of the Phở(sliced eye of round) and my fiancé had the seafood noodle bowl. We also had an order of BBQ Spring Rolls. The food was delicious, the portion sizes were excellent, and the prices are very reasonable! I’ll certainly be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone. Also, try the Iced Coffee, it is sweet, refreshing and goes great with the food.

This place is truly amazing. I am by no means an expert in Vietnamese food. However, I know what I like and this is it. The service is excellent, the staff are very friendly and courteous, and the ingredients are very fresh. The menu contains food items with their Vietnamese names, and the English equivalent… Which I find very helpful in Northwest Florida. To add to the helpful nature of this restaurant, the staff are very kind and offering explanations not only of the food, but the appropriate way to eat it. This is truly a situation in which I would rate the restaurant six stars if a sixth star was available.

This is, BYFAR, the worst restaurant that I’ve been to… ever. I would like to at least say«in quite a while», but I can’t think of worse restaurant, as much as I try. I wish I could post a star rating of ZERO. I have to say, I’m quite astonished that there are so many positive reviews — even when comparing to the multitude of horrendous restaurants in Panama City — this one takes the cake. With all due respect to other reviewers, I can only assume, that people, unfortunately, don’t know any better than this, when it comes to Vietnamese cuisine and/or quality of the«genuine article». That being said, it takes more than being«Vietnamese», to cook Vietnamese food… cook it WELL, that is. When I can do FAR better, in my limited experience of cooking Vietnamese cuisine — then that is REALLY unacceptable. Please read below, use your own judgment, and trust your instincts: 1.) I should have listened to MY instincts, when I saw that there was not a soul in the restaurant during«supper time» … on the weekend. As we tried to find a seat, we couldn’t find one that wasn’t being«guarded» by a fly or two… 2.) Perhaps, I was expecting too much and reading too much into the name of the restaurant — but I was expecting home-made noodles, if not homemade — at least noodles that are so good, that one would think that they were homemade… after-all, it IS called the«Noodle house»…(should we assume that a «Pizza House» buy frozen pizza, re-heat it and charge a premium price for their trouble?) 3.) When our appetizer arrived, we received a side of bean sprouts that was BROWN and slimy. Not white, but B-R-O-W-N… in other words rotten. We complained to the waiter, and it was only then that fresh(white) bean sprouts were given…(are they trying to clean out their garbage on unsuspecting customers!!!) Why do we have to ASK for fresh, non-slimy, rotten beansprouts? Shouldn’t it be a given? 4.) I was sadly disappointed when my noodles arrived and it was the type of rice noodle that you just need to soak in hot water for a few minutes to «bring it to life» — and they didn’t even get THAT right, bringing me what was akin to Easter basket grass. However they still managed to take over a half an hour to «produce» this to our table. 5.) I ordered a seafood«Phở», they brought me a bowl of «Bun»(see #4), that I would’ve called«cilantro soup»; I paid extra for the«seafood» version, which apparently consists of 1 half-frozen shrimp. 6.) The soup arrived not hot, nor cold. I could only describe the temperature as «unpalatable», much like the rest of the meal(see #7). 7.) The cilantro was so «pungent» that I couldn’t finish my meal. I made the unfortunate mistake of trusting the other reviews about this place and decided to take my mother here — her meal was even more disgusting and even more pungent(I could smell it across the table), than mine. 8.) My mother ordered a «seafood» version of her meal as well, which we were told by the waiter — consisted of «shrimp, fish cake, and squid» and ended up just being half-frozen shrimp again… when we questioned the waiter about it, he brought over a little bowl with 2 shrimps in it. Also half-frozen. I guess that means«shut up and eat what I give you» at this restaurant. 9.) Before one questions my expertise on Vietnamese food, my childhood friends of 20 years, were Vietnamese and I’ve had decades of experience dining on the Vietnamese cuisine which they made… nothing we ate at the restaurant resembled that which I had in the past. This restaurant uses too much MSG, contrary to what they may claim — and doesn’t know how to flavor food properly. 10.) Even with all the problems with the meal, and seeing that our meals were barely touched — they didn’t offer any sort of comp or discount for our horrifying experience. They even charged us for an «open food» on our receipt… no idea what that was… we ordered 2 entrees and 1 appetizer, all of which were on the receipt… 11.) This was my 1st and LAST visit. I hope this review saves people from a wretched(and retching) dining experience. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else. I don’t often write reviews, but after this«experience» — ITWASREQUIRED. ATMOSPHERE: 0⁄10 SERVICE: 5⁄10 QUALITYOFFOOD: 0⁄10 PRICE vs QUALITY/QUANTITY: 0⁄10

The food quality is consistently awful and I have never paid so much for phở in my life. If you know of another place to get a decent bowl of phở PLEASE share. They play pop music which threw me off at first, but it’s a little funny… just super awkward. FIRSTVISIT: It was late, I was starving, and I thought the food and service was great! It came out fast, the veggies were fresh, and it was hot. SECONDVISIT: The meat felt as though they cooked it before putting it into the soup. I am used to raw meat being cooked by the boiling soup in the bowl that I am eating it out of. THIRDVISIT: Veggies were brown, woman server charged me for the lunch deal, but did not bring out my egg rolls or drink. She offered to bring it out to me when I asked her to correct my bill, but my party was ready to leave and I didn’t want to take it to go. She took FOREVER fixing the issue and I ended up paying the extra $ 2.00 and not tipping her. FOURTHVISIT: I feel like my first visit was a fluke or maybe I was just too hungry to notice how not delicious it really was. The people who work there are super friendly and nice, but I will ABSOLUTELY not be going back. Nothing was right. I ended up just walking out as soon as they brought out my sad looking phở with weird looking noodles, overcooked beef, and brown veggies. I didn’t even touch it. I just looked up and said, «I don’t want this» with a very sad look(I was craving phở) and got up. All I want is a good bowl of phở. That is the only thing I’ve ever wanted EVER in my life!!! …but Nope! Never again!
