Best burgers but me personally prefer to make own at home to save money. Staff is always really cool. They even persuaded A R to give them chance & she swore she hated Five Guys & preferred Tucker Dukes Lol Now she eats Five Guys weekly. May not sound like much but if you know A R… WOW :) That alone gets you 5 stars

Way, way, way overcooked burger.
Sent it back, 2nd verse… same as the first.
This 23rd street location is awful, they are understaffed (grill guy was also running the register). I really expected better when you spend $ 15 bucks for lunch.
Not gonna happen again to me.
Beach location better … Maybe because it’s busier the burgers don’t get as dried out.

I cone here for the fries and the burgers are pretty delicious so I usually get one of those, too. Plus the workers are pretty darn friendly so it’s all around awesomeness.

My wife and I have visited several times and each time we have been amazed. We have visited several Five Guys from Albuquerque, NM to Fort Collins, CO and this one is by far the friendliest and most comfortable we’ve had the privilege of visiting.
Our food was hot and fresh, our orders were accurate each time and the staff was personable with us. We even had opportunity to chat with the manager and even though he was up against a 14 hour day he remained positive and interactive.
We will certainly be visiting again knowing we get great food and great service. I truely wonderful chain.

Peanuts peanuts peanuts. It’s a good thing im not allergic. The food here is good, fast, and available at a reasonable cost. The place is clean and the staff polite. It can be loud in here at times as the music is always jacked up but ite only temporary. Bathrooms are clean and refills are free… get it?

I don’t typically eat burgers outside of my home but when I do, it’s here. Decent burger for a fast food joint. Fries are pretty good, with mustard of course! =)

My first experience with Five Guys was so good we stopped at another store in our travels. Best burger I’ve had! Handcut fries were great too. Free peanuts while you wait but don’t fill up on them because you will have a hard time eating all your burger and fries. Clean, bright and a diner atmosphere. Wished we had one in my area! We stopped at the one in Pier Park, Panama Beach City and one in Louisanna.

Another great Five Guys location!
I like this one better than the Pier Park location for a number of reasons.
It’s on my side of the bridge. There are fewer tourists and it’s been less of a wait so far. Finally, they have a very cutting-​edge (for this area at least) soda fountain with a touchscreen that allows you to add all sorts of flavors to your beverage.
As usual, you really can’t find a better chain-​restaurant burger than at Five Guys Burgers & Fries.
