J’s Seafood Restaurant

Food was decent, but service was bad. They took our call in order but didn’t prepare it until we got there… strike 1. The bill showed that they charged us extra for a pick up order, the manager said they had to charge more to cover the plastic forks and the to go box… strike 2. Then, my co-​worker ordered buffalo chicken strips. There was no sauce on the strips and the girl at the register said the sauce was «inside» the chicken strips. He had to pull one of them out and shake it at her to show her that it was only fried chicken with no sauce. She gave him a side of sauce and sent us on our way. There were 2 people, one little old lady and another woman, who had been waiting for their food to go for over 30 minutes.
The manager came to my office and explained all of this to me and gave us gift cards, that I gave away, to try and appease me. There are too many choices for seafood in this area to put up with this behavior and lack of service.
