This is my go-​to spot for lunch! They really are freaky fast! I’ve had my sandwich finished before I’m even done paying on multiple occasions. If there’s a line, they’ll ask down the line what you’re getting so they can go ahead & have it ready for you. How great is that?! Pricing is good too. It’s usually about $ 16 for 1 meal & 1 sub only. I’m a vegetarian so it’s nice to be able to get the veggie sub that they offer. And the avocado/​guava on it is SO good. WAAAAYYYY better than the crap Subway uses. Oh and the bread… I LOVE JJ’s bread! I don’t know what it is, but it is just so tasty! I honestly can’t think of anything bad to say about them. They’re #1 for freaky fast food in my book!

The biggest complaint I have about Jimmy Johns is the cashier and people making sandwiches do not listen to what the people order. Every time I have ordered more than one sandwich they always make it wrong. The cashier doesnt listen to the customer and is more concerned on laughn messing around w the other co-​workers. It makes me not want to go to this place again. Horrible customer service. Too bad they can only make fast sandwiches but cant get the orders right if people add or take off condiments. Smh!!!

Great Place. I haven’t been back to Firehouse or Subway since they opened. Great selection of sandwiches, fresh bread perfect for sandwiches, quick service, and most importantly, very clean. My only issue is the group greeting when you walk in the door. One person greeting me is enough, I don’t need a chorus of «Welcome to Jimmy Johns».

Wish we had a Jimmy John’s in CT. I have ordered from the counter and delivery several times. Love the Italian Night Club and chips. Great assembly line going on — fastest sandwich ever made. I couldn’t believe how fast delivery was!
**Please stop sending that little girl to run deliveries at night time.**

The sandwiches are good; however, I felt rushed and had a mild panic attack. There is no salt & pepper, I had 5 lbs of lettuce on my sandwich and had to steal napkins from the sandwich making station because there aren’t any anywhere in the restaurant.

Disappointed that they didn’t have grilled cheese or PB&J to offer for picky kids that don’t like deli meats. Too many people working and hardly any customers and one flew out the door running across the street in his uniform like an idiot. Very professional to say the least.

I would give it zero stars if I could. I am so pissed off. This place had no problem delivering to our house in Callaway (where the store is located) last week. I called to make an order for delivery again today and the kid on the phone said it was a mistake and they can’t deliver to my location. I live only 3 miles away, Callaway is spread out. You have a delivery fee for this reason. You pride yourself on fast service and fast delivery, but won’t deliver in Callaway???
