Great food and great people. A few months ago my wife had a broken foot and was unable to drive. I got to-​go lunches from Captain’s Lady and took them to her at work. Every time they asked how she was doing and wished her well. This continued after she was better and able to go there with me. My only problem is trying to decide what delicious food to get. Yesterday I had the awesome shrimp etoufee and a cup of crab bisque.

Come visit Captain’s Lady Café. They have some of the best gumbo in the Panhandle. Plus the New Orleans Sno Balls cannot be beat. I had the tigers blood with condensed milk. My wife and son had the sugar free strawberry. They loved it. My wife is from New Orleans and said it us even better than some of the sno balls she has had back home. The owners are very nice and informative too. If you haven’t been here you need to try it out.
