I have received such great service from the folks at Arthouse that I have had friends from New York send me their things to frame and everyone is thrilled with the results.
The very welcoming staff suggest amazing options and wait patiently while I hem and haw and hem and haw and finally decide the best option based on look and budget.
I’ve also been very happy with the pricing; better than anyplace else I have tried in the past.
The turnaround times are well within reason depending on whether I’ve chosen in stock items or not, but honestly, I always get a call to pick up ahead the scheduled date.

I had some memorabilia I’d been carting around in boxes from move to move, some of it dating back almost 40 years, and I decided it was time to either do something about it or get rid of it once and for all. I decided to take my items to The Arthouse. This is a wonderful shop operated by a mother and daughter team. Their prices are extremely reasonable, and please note that I did not say cheap. This is quality custom framing done by professionals. They’re willing to work with you to select the best frame and matting for your art, and they are able to offer alternatives and suggestions to fit your style and budget. I couldn’t be happier with the work they did, and if you value your items that need framing, I encourage you to take them to The Arthouse of Palos Heights with my highest recommendation.
