I have resisted writing this review in hopes that this Jamba would get better, as its right by my work. I have never had such consistent awful experiences at a place. The staff is always too busy chatting to help or even acknowledge customers. The shop always smells strongly of chemicals(not appealing when ordering food). Most importantly, they almost always make my order wrong or not well. I leave disappointed every time.

My daughter wanted a waffle from here, so we went. Walked in the store the 2 girls working were ok. Ordered a orange dream machine, & the waffle… Biggest disappointment was all the nats flying around, I really didn’t want anything after seeing that, right where you pick up the drinks. Ugh I think Jamba Juice has plenty of $$ to get rid of the nats. It’s a turn off when you see them there. And not just one I saw about 6−7…

Your going to charge people for a glass of water, because«to many people are asking for water.» You sound straight greedy to me.

Ive been by this store twice now and both times were a huge disappointment. The people are slow, they don’t communicate and today in particular they DIDN’T CARE. I ordered two Jamba Juice’s via the mobile app. I received a confirmation they would be ready at 11:17am. When we arrived at 11:17a there was a young man and a woman behind the counter. Since there was no one in the store, my daughter ordered a flat cheese bread, only to pay for it AND find out they didn’t have any in stock, and then didn’t know how to refund us. Okay, fine, we moved past that… now where are our Jamba Juice drinks? THEYWEREONTHETICKETMACHINENOTEVENMADEYET. The young man was in no hurry to get over to them to make them either. There was no apology for making us wait, no urgency in making sure we were happy. Just NOTHING. Get some training for your employee’s in this store or shut it down!

I’ve been coming here for a while, it’s a good smoothie stop if you’re at town and country anyway. However the service is hit and miss and if you catch them at a time when they’re focused on something else, you might be waiting a while.

Twice this past week, I went to get my favorite Acai Super Antioxidant. Both times, there was this odd aftertaste resembling freezer burn or something of the sort. The service my first time was fine, but the second time was interesting. It seemed like the girl was training a rather new employee — that or she was giving him tips. Strike #1: I walked in and it took her a good two minutes to come to the register to take my order(she wasn’t really doing anything). Strike #2: Moreover, she didn’t get the proportions right and my drink was missing a sizable portion. The guy courteously made the missing portion of the drink. Strike #3: I was listening to their conversation and noticed that she told him that if any customer offers to pay in cash, just say that the register is down and only accept credit. She talked rather rudely in general…

It was around 2:45PM and I went here after my lunch to get my daughter a Mango A Go-Go smoothie. While waiting for my smoothie, one employee asked the other for help. I hear the disgruntle employee yelling in the background, «I’m doing the best I can! We are short now!» This made me feel uncomfortable to have a disgruntle employee make my smoothie. While making my smoothie, the employee apologized and gave her excuses on why service was slow. I’ll come back for the smoothie but not to listen to an employee yelling fro help.

I go to the Palo Alto Medical Foundation about twice a week, so I stop by this Jamba Juice once a week. Every time I come here I’m greeted by Edgar, who always takes great care of me. Everyone’s efficient, clean, and I love how they tend to have extras from drinks — so if I see something I want to try I know I can get a sample. Just the other day I tried the carrot juice, which is amazing. It’s awesome to walk in and feel your business and presence is valued. Thanks for the awesome service! :)

jamba sent me an early birthday gift in the form of a free small smoothie or 12oz vegetable juice. although i frequent this jamba juice all the time, i’ve typically been coming for their breakfast wraps and snacks, and not so much their smoothies. i have to be honest and say that i had a bit of sticker shock when i saw how much a small smoothie or 12oz juice costs in 2015. clearly, inflation has also hit jamba juice! since i just completed a difficult one hour track workout, i chose the protein berry workout smoothie. this drink consisted of strawberries, bananas, soy milk, and whey protein. soy was also an option, but i prefer whey protein in general. within minutes, my smoothie was ready. although they got the order right, they completed botched on my name. i even gave my last name, which i think is a very very easy last name, and they still got it wrong. what can you do? the smoothie was a little grainy, but that was likely due to the shot of whey protein. i was able to taste the strawberries and bananas and probably slurped it all down in about 5 minutes. it was the perfect post-workout treat for me and definitely curbed my hunger until lunchtime. thanks jamba juice, for my birthday smoothie!

They have awful customer service. Last week I went in before work and had to wait 7 min before they came out from the back and I could order. When I told the girl that I worked at «…» in the promenade that way I’d get the discount she ignored me and charged me full price… it wouldn’t bother me as much if I hadn’t said anything to her. I know that my management would not put up with this behavior. After I went through that they took 10 min to make my drink… why on earth does it take you 10 min to make a smoothie when I’m the only one there?!

The nice thing about franchises is that you know that the products will be consistent no matter which location you go to. The unfortunate thing is the quality of service is not consistent across the board. I hate to complain, especially when the workers weren’t being rude, but I ordered a pomegranate paradise smoothie and it was more like a cup of fruit salad than a smoothie. It was blended so poorly that every sip had chunks of ice and fruit. I mean you could see them so I’m not sure what the worker was thinking serving that to a customer.

I can’t figure out what happened to this place. The speed of service has declined, as well as their customer service. The last two times I was there, they were out of several ingredients, thus making it unable to make the item that I ordered. All in all, the place is not what it used to be. Taking into consideration how many options consumers in the Bay Area have, and places to patronize to get their smoothie/juice/Acai bowl/oatmeal fix, Jamba Juice seriously needs to step up their game.

Worst Jamba I’ve ever been to. Dirty poor service. I will for sure never come here again. Not the mention the staff was inexperienced and slow.

So I’m all about juices, but not trying to pay an arm and a leg! Jamba now has fresh veggie/fruit juices that you can purchase — they make it on the spot. I usually get the tropical greens, but they’re pretty friendly about tailoring it to your tastes. Tropical greens: spinach/mixed greens, apple, pineapple, chia seeds. I usually ask for a few modifications: — less apple + a little cucumber + extra ice Voila, a healthy, fresh, delicious AND nutritious thirst quencher relatively low in calories.

The hours are wrong. It closes at 8 everyday. The staff is rude and the store is unsanitary. Drive half a mile to Stanford shopping center instead.

The Unilocal hours are wrong. The posted hours at the store are: M-F 9 – 9 Sat 9 – 7 Sun 10 – 7 However, the store apparently doesn’t even adhere to its posted hours because I came at 8:30p on a weekday to find it closed. Lazy employees. Very frustrating and annoying! This location is super tiny with no indoor seating. It is located near the Pottery Barn and Starbucks in the Stanford mall shopping center. Parking can be difficult to find as this area of the lot is always crowded. The storefront is also a bit of a walk from the parking, so it is NOT convenient.

It’s all about Indian Summer. Jamba Juice please bring that back! They’ve moved slightly from one building to the next but they’ve got more space now. back in the day they’d be so packed it would run down the sidewalk. I think the juice craze has died down a bit but frozen fruit drinks that are tasty are still hard to pass up especially when it’s warm outside.

I came into this Jamba Juice on a hot afternoon with the intention of ordering an Apple and Greens smoothie(one of my favorite Jamba Juice smoothies). That didn’t happen. Instead I was suprised to see a new offering of freshly made juice blends featuring apples, kale, beets, ginger, carrots, chia, cucumber and more. I ordered an apple, kale, pineapple and chia blend and have to say I was not disappointed! Apparently this location is testing these new juice blends and if they prove successful the menu will be expanded to other Jamba Juice locations! I’m looking forward to trying the other options, especially the beet, kale, apple and ginger. I’m a huge fan of healthy juice blends and have noticed that there aren’t many places in the South Bay that offer them so I’m really hoping more Jamba Juice locations will start making these! *Minus 1 star for being out of both beets and chia in the morning…
