Armani Exchange

This Armani exchange is awesome. Existing r service oriented – they didn’t mind that we had two boys with us. Ask for Michael. He was awesome and super nice to my sister.

LOVE IT! By far my fav store. However, would prefer a larger store cuz the one at Stanford is kinda small… o well suks to suk

It was my first time here at this Armani location browsing around and the customer service was great from the friendly staff here. A staff came up to me and explain the last day sale they had and how lucky i was today. Lol… she was funny and awesome.

I love AX … especially this location. They have pretty clothes in their sales section.

Tiny Tiny TINY store!!! Even when there are few customers in here, its still really cramped!
I prefer the Valley Fair location due to the selection and customer service. On my most recent visit here, the employees were just standing around and chatting amongst each other about whatever. I wasn’t even acknowledged.
The clearance sections aren’t as tidy as well!

Great Service, I likle their staff very helpful and easy to work with always show you they cool staff that I would like to buy.

After 5 minutes in the store, I wanted to walk right out. The lady who stood near the shirts looked like she rather be elsewhere. She saw us looking for sizes but just stared (right in front of us), would be nice for her to help…
The we decided we wanted to order them n get them mailed to us. There was so much confusion because the really nice guy behind the counter who was calling the stores thought she processed the order, but she never did. Even after 15 minutes of us shopping around — no one still started the processing of the 2 shirts that we wanted shipped.
At the register the pieces of clothing we put aside were all over the place. Just when we were ready to pay, 2 more items popped up because they left it on one side. The lady who «helped» us with the shirts, ended up helpin us and she had no smile, lots of attitude and NO THANK YOU…
After spending over $ 500 in the store, i hope they dont make any commission of the clothes because none of them (except the nice guy) deserves it. I would not walk back into this store…
The two ladies have to remember that they work in the service industry and have to check their attitudes at the door the moment they clock in to work. I am so appalled…
I could go on about more but this is the gist of it.

Service here is TOP NOTCH, MICHELLE IS AWESOME!!! I’m just sorry that they didn’t have what I wanted in my size. After receiving exceptionally poor service @ Burberry I thought that Palo Alto had lost it’s small town feel. Michelle showed me it hadn’t. Next time I need anything I be head back. It’s also a good excuse to visit home a little more. I’m a relationship guy & this looks like the beginning of a beautiful relationship.

GIFT CARD RIPOFF: NEVER PURCHASE A GIFT CARD FROM ARMANI EXCHANGE!!! Their policy is to not allow any cash refund for gift cards. I purchased a large gift card for my son who is very slim and tall. Nothing fit in the entire store. I presented the gift card, receipt, and credit card used to purchase the card, but was told that they only give store credit. I asked if we could purchase items and then return them, but they can only be returned for store credit.
We contacted the district manager who also reiterated this policy.
The sales associate was BY FAR the most RUDE person I have ever encountered.
California Law states that the store can determine the policy on gift cards.
I will never spend another dime at this retailer. They are horrible.

There was a pretty good deal going on when I stopped in. $ 50 off for every $ 150 spent. It definitely isn’t hard to spend that much given how much their items cost. They carry some nice stuff such as basic v-​neck tees that were only 2 for $ 40. Besides their basic stuff, I wouldn’t want to wear anything with a giant A X across the chest. It just looks really tacky to be sporting such a giant logo but I guess that is what you are paying for.

I was in here totally willing to spend some cash. But the employees were too busy flirting with each other to pay any attention to their customers. Sucks for them. It’s all about the customer service yo’

I’m a fan. Not as crowded as the SF location near Westfield Shopping Ctr. I wish this location were a bit larger though. Seemed a bit unorganized too, but maybe that was because it was near the end of the day on a Sunday and many items where strewn about. Will return soon.

Not my thing. Not into the clothes they carry or the type of people that generally shop here. Not to say that everyone who shops here is a total douchebag, but a good majority of them are. I’m not into the whole union squarish thing all the way around though so I’m probably not the most impartial party when it comes to places like these.

Cramped. Unorganized. Sweaty. Crowded.
What could make it worse? The clothes are made for children. At least… that’s what the sizing tells me. I mean, I’m not model-​thin, but I’m not fat by any means.
Other stores? I’m a size S or XS.

This is my favorite place to buy women’s jackets and men’s shirts. Okay, so it’s not exactly a bargain, but their clothing fits really well, and is always a few degrees from «basic» without (usually) being too space age. They take creativity to the next level with oddly shaped pockets, zippers for decoration, and interesting stitching. I bought 3 women’s jackets there, just this week. I may have gone a little crazy with my spending. does Unilocal review therapists?

This small little store has prompt service to go with it’s expensive selection. I found the offerrings limited but good, certainly a place to find some hot styles for both women and men.

Ok, I’ve never bought anything from this high priced place but it had a sale and I bought something. Very rare indeed that I spent here.
