I went to this salon for a Brazillian blowout hair treatment, my hair stylist was Debbie. She did a wonderful job and I could not be more pleased, she listened to me carefully and gave me the exact look that I wanted and the best thing is that my hair look so naturally smooth and frizz free. Thanks Debra :)

Albert has been my hair guru for over 20 years and I will follow him anywhere! He is the master and I trust him completely with cut and color. I simply need to sit in his chair and let him do what he needs to do. I also appreciate that over the years, he has made the necessary changes in my color and cut to better suit my changing face and style. A visit to his salon is like a visit with a good friend, which I consider him to be. Also, kudos to his assistant, Audrey, who always makes me feel at home as well. I have recommended Albert to many of my friends and he also cuts my daughter’s hair. The best!

Albert is an artist! He has been my hair stylist for 15+ years and I can’t imagine having anyone else cut my hair… I trust him so much that I give him free reign to change it up occasionally. The hair style he provides me goes with my changing face (over the years) and overall look.
He is a fantastic colorist… he spends time to give me three slightly different shades of blonde that looks natural and adds the look of texture. I always get compliments!

Wow. I just realized Albert has been cutting my hair for 19 years. We will have to have a scotch to celebrate our 20^th! I have followed him through many salons and locations and it has been worth it. I have had other people cut my hair occasionally but no one does as good of a job as Albert — even my style-​obsessed wife loves his cuts. I have challenging hair due to two cowlicks but he works his magic so they lay flat and blend in. He is obsessed with the details of his cuts and takes the time to get it right.
Albert also knows great customer service. He cares about his clients and works hard to find a new time if I need to reschedule. He is an interesting guy and we always have great conversations.
I have referred several friends to him and I highly recommend you give him a call.

Albert is the master. He listens, advises and then works magic. He is painstaking in his attention and it pays off… at 60 I get compliments on my hair at least once a week… because I trust it to Albert. Plus, his adorable sidekick, Audrey, has perfected a head massage that will make you never want to leave the chair. The atmosphere is serene set on this pretty side street in Palo Alto. I commute from San Jose… just to see Albert.

Albert gives me the best haircuts I have ever had in my life. It maintains its shape even when I am due for another cut. I don’t have to give him any direction, I just let him perform his magic. He is a true master.
Suzette keeps me the perfect shade of blonde. I have been coloring my hair for so long, I could not tell you my actual color. She has my «recipe» down perfect. I get many compliments on my hair color (most people actually think it’s natural).
I walk out of the salon feeling great!

ALBERT M ANHAR SALON IS THE BEST!!! I’ve been going to Albert for years and he is fantastic! I would never go anywhere else. I usually show him a picture of what color/​cut I want and he matches it perfectly!!! He also gives good advice on how to keep your hair healthy! His salon is very clean and organized and the stylists are all very kind and friendly! I highly recommend him to everyone!!!

is amazing. I came in for a significant change, both in style and color. She helped me understand the differences in the cuts I was looking at, and gave me several color options. She carefully walked me through a decision making process, and took the extra time to first cut and style my hair before coloring it. The result was a hip short cut with a color much lighter than I would have chosen on my own, but the results are fabulous. On top of all of this she has a charming personality and makes you feel comfortable in making a huge change. I would definitely recommend her even if you aren’t looking of a big change because her cutting skills are amazing.

Vanessa is great!!! I recently had her for my extensions– I had major breakage from all the hair color I did and used to have long thick hair. So I became depressed about it-​and me being obsessed with my hair I made sure to goto someone who knew what they were doing. It was quite the investment, but I am so happy with the results and she even blended the extensions well with my hair. Ive gotten so many compliments from people telling me how healthy my hair looks. Then I tell them I have extensions!!! They are always shocked because Vanessa made them look so natural and that was exactly what I wanted. She is Hair Dreams certified-​She is a great stylist and a wonderful person! :)

I’ve been going to see Vanessa since moving to the bay area 3 years ago and never plan to go anywhere else. No more worries about making sure I properly explained how I like my hair to be cut, Vanessa knows how to take care of it.
I started going to Vanessa because she was right around the corner from my house in Palo Alto. I now live in San Francisco and still make the drive down every 6 – 8 weeks.

I followed Vanessa to the new location because I love the haircut. I found the parking a bit easier with the parking lot right across the street and the salon calmer and less noisy. Frankly, I’d probably follow her anywhere!

Vanessa Garcia is simply amazing. She has cut my hair the past five years and always does a phenomenal job. As a guy I have a hard time describing the cut I want yet she always gets it just right. She is a total sweetheart and now cuts my daughters hair too. I highly recommend her!
