Be sure to bring a fricking sweater!!! COLD AS SHIT in there!!! Burrrrr… Great food … But cold as a mofo… wings and beer are awesome … But damn bring your SWEATER !!!

This place has been a yummy spot for wings, i been here a few times in the last month or two. Haven’t had any bad experience. The wings were fresh and hot. Traditional are my favorite but the boneless are not too bad, just need to pick a great sauce. the Garlic Buffalo fries are my hot ticket item, i have yet to eat here with out thoes. last month it was all about the corn bites! Very tasty flavors. Sauces and dry seasoning, so many to pick from. I definitely will go again soon.

My visit at Buffalo Wild Wings was amazing. Our waitress Shannon was very helpful. She was very kind, outgoing, and respectful. 5 star worthy.

Well to start off our waiter Shannon was really friendly, she always came back to check up on us. She made my family and I really want to come again. That’s what is a great thing about eating out always having a great waiter making us feel comfortable which made our visit even better. FORSURE Shannon is the type of waiter that makes me want to bring friends and come back again.

The guys who manage this place are horrible. The ladies do an ok job, but when it’s only the men, the restaurant sucks. The men’s restroom always has its trash can over flowing. I always have to ask them to put on a local sports team (when obviously that should be a requirement being a «manager» at a sports bar.
The servers are good, and remember names and drinks pretty well. The food is always good and never takes too long. If it wasn’t for the good food, sports environment, cold beer, and anything better not being in town, my family and I wouldn’t be coming here, but will defiantly continue to hop that someone will change the way this place is run.

I have nothing bad to say about this place, other then I love it! Service is always great, and of course the wings are always delicious !

For a chain restaurant, not a bad place to visit for lunch. Came here around 2:30 pm on a Monday so it was rather empty and very quiet by sports bar standards. My companion was already seated waiting so when I showed up, our order was taken swiftly.
I had a Big Jack Daddy Burger, which was very good. Similar to a western bacon cheeseburger from Carl’s Jr, with onion rings, BBQ sauce and bacon but this had pulled pork added as well – nothing like meat on top of more meat! ;) Paired this with a Saint Archer IPA since they were tapped out of the Deschuttes Fresh Squeezed IPA. My friend said her wings were good and I used the blue cheese dip for my fries though it tasted more like ranch.
There are plenty of other spots in the area that I want to sample when it comes to burgers and beer, though for a tasty, late lunch, this BWW did the trick.

This place has poor service. Waitress had a helper on top of it. Prices not worth $ 1.25 cents a wing. Service takes too long. Got here at 655 and sat down. Got our order 1 chicken wrap and 20 wings at 730pm. Carrots are not the regular carrots they normally serve. They’re the bite size u buy at grocery store. Hard to dip in a small ranch container. Waitress came back and asked for my kids refills once only. And then asked for the check took waitress 11 minutes to give us the check. That was at 816pm. Then gave us the check. I had to have my daughter to bring the check to counter coz don’t want to wait any longer. She gave our check back after paying in 1 minute. So fast in return since she got what she wanted coz we paid. Got out the restaurant at 827pm for an awful dinner and service. Her name is caitlyn. I say this to all buffalo wild wings that I’ve eaten.

Love this place. You have to sit in the bar area though or you won’t get your food and drinks. They have a waitress named isis and she is the best! We had to sit in another section and isis happened to glance over what we ordered and instantly knew the waitress had messed up our order. Now that’s customer service! Atmosphere is fun, lots of tvs and handheld video games for the kids. Tuesday wednesday and Thursday is discounted wing night. Overall a great place to unwind from a stressful day!

Food was great but it would have been nice if the waitress. would’ve told us about the specials. We heard the specials when we were just finishing up by the hostess dressed in black when she was seating the table next to us. It would’ve saved me 3.00 on the special. 75 per wing. Grrrrr

We went to a wedding near by and wanted to get a bktw to eat and of course it was here. Good service. Ambiance, and food.

They have the worst wings ever. Dry and hardly any sauce on them. It takes forever for your waiter to come check up on you, you basically have to look for them. There are way better places to eat than this place.
Also when I came they were out of coronas, fries, and bbq sauce.

Food was good I feel so full half a salad and 6 wings later! May I add also trew in 2: margaritas. Didn’t wait when arrived. I’m guessing cause it’s a Thursday lol. We ordered mild wings an order of 40 between 4 people. …sadly we have to take some home in a box. Servers were on point, definitely coming back.

This is a good BWW some are hit and miss but this one was excellent came here with my oldest son we put down an app and large order of wings and were good and best part was the price was right.

Been here multiple times and usually the service is terrible, but it was decent today. Our waitress was attentive and seemed to be quick on the refills and got all the orders right.
This Buffalo Wild Wings seems to be hit or miss. Sometimes you get good service and sometimes it’s horrendous. However, the food has always been good. I cannot complain about the wings or burgers. Every time I’ve got them they’ve been delicious.
All I can say is cross your fingers, pray to your gods, or do your voodoo magic in hopes of a good waiter/​waitress.

Server was nice although he messed up our order.
Our visit was on a Busy Thursday.
We got bottom of the barrel fries. They were extra dark and crispy. The wings weren’t fresh either. Even the carrots were dry! The amount of people is understandable, I mean it is the AV, but food should always be fresh.

We ordered an appetizer called the Octobetfest cheese dippers came with pretzel bites, tortilla chips and garlic chips. That was very good! Cheese sauce if not my normal go to buy this was really tasty!
I got a Shock Top and Ken got a MGD. Good cold beer.
Now dinner. I ordered the flat bread chicken Cesar’s salad. Chicken was dry. Asked for no tomatoes and got tomatoes. Picked them off because it’s too busy to re-​order it again.
Ken got a speciality burger, build your own. He said it wasn’t bad but not great.
Not sure we will be coming for football season as I hoped. We will be looking for different places. That bums me out.
I liked our server allot! She was helpful on my ordering since it was my first time and she was spot on with the appetizer!

This was my first visit to buffalo wild wings and it was all right. We went on «boneless Thursday» and they had a special price for their boneless wings.
We stood at the front for a while, when no one came over, we wandered to the bar area and asked if was open seating. The bar was so we found a spot with a good view of several tv’s. We started with a male waiter that was slow at everything. We were glad he took a break about half way through our visit, his replacement was much better. I would have loved for HER to get our tip.
They have an amazing selection of flavors for you to choose from with a heat chart to warn you before you bite. Be sure to ask if they have any specialty flavors not on the menu.
My brother ordered a Michelada and we were NOT impressed. We asked our waiter how they made them and he told us they use bloody mary mix! WHAT!!! They don’t have clamato, so they use bloody mary mix!!! I wish he would have told us when we ordered so we could have chosen something else.

Great place for wings and there is a pretty large bar the customer service can be a little bit more nicer but unfortunately you can’t expect awesome service in palmdale were there not that many places to go so these young ladies and gentlemen are or should I say it seem like there over work .
If the is a game expect to have to wait for a seat because every person in palmdale are here watching the game on one of the many television. The ladies bathroom could be a little cleaner.
